The repairman came early actually and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to get my garage door opener running again. The estimate was high but I am going to need a whole new system. I asked him to patch it so we could wait to replace the unit. 30 minutes later at the most he was finished and gone with my payment for his work. He cleaned up and could not tell any work had been done except my door opener was working. He gave me the choice of what to fix and the cost of all of it and let me make the choice.

Tony Parson was the technician that repaired my garage door. I had to replace the springs, rollers and cables. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

We just purchased our home and had a spring break on the garage door. Was able to set up a same day appointment with Percussion Door Service. The technician, Preston was on time, professional and clean. We went over all the problems with the door. It wasn't just the spring. The door needed two springs for it size yet only had only one, The bearings and rollers we're shot also. Both of us couldn't lift the door before the repairs. After the repairs it was easy to move with one arm. We are very satisfied with Preston and the work he preformed. Thank you

Tony Parson provided excellent service. He replaced the galvanized aluminum spring installed by a different company with a more durable black torsion spring as well as more durable cable drums. He also installed two stronger struts to replace the thin weak strut that had bowed under the pulling stress of the garage door opener and probably contributed to the broken torsion spring. Bob K.

After going on line, I discovered that the price to replace the main spring on my garage door should have been approximately $400.00 dollars. I was billed $1,086.00. The itemized line bill showed several items which were replaced that I do not think required replacing. I think I was grossly overcharged and was very disappointed with your company.

My outside opener to the garage would not work? I called the office at Precision They worked around my schedule of availability and the person arrived on time. He installed a new opener and I was not charged anything. The repairman was very prompt, knew his equipment well and I was very happy.

J.P. showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the process and equipment required. He provided a timely quote that will allow us to make arrangements for the work to be completed.

Chris Peace was angry from the phone call. He was unhappy that he had to drive from North Knoxville to Tellico Village. He was visibly agitated when he got to my place. He asked if it was a new home, and I said no that I used you guys years ago for the same repair. That seemed to bother him. I asked him if he wanted to postpone the work until tomorrow, and he declined. He then started. He then wanted to add work to what I had asked for (springs), and when I told him I didn’t need it, he got more angry. He then climbed over my zero turn and touched/rubbed against my 67 Camaro that is under cover. I got his attention…he said he had earplugs in and couldn’t hear. I asked him if I needed to move anything and he said, “I need to get to that side”. I told him that if he would have asked me I would have made that happen and that he didn’t need to climb over my things. I also warned him that if he scratched my 67 Camaro that he would get a bill as he did not seem to care and he did it right in front of me. I then asked him again if he wanted to postpone. Then he asked me what was wrong. I told him that it was obvious that he was not happy from the minute he got here. Then he said he was going to leave. I said fine pack up and get out. He then accused me of cussing him, which I didn’t. I then told him to pack up and go and he said, “keep running your mouth”. I said fine. He said he was going to reinstall the old stuff then. I went back into the house and watched him. It looks like he fixed it. Very unprofessional. I should have known there was going to be a problem on Sunday. Don’t know what I could have done better, maybe let him do the add on work? But when he climes over my antique car without my approval, that is too much. I an sorry about all this. I would not work Chris in Loudon or on Sundays.

Great experience. I called at 8am and the technician was here shortly after 10. A company I called earlier said the best they could do was come in 3 days, having only 1 car this was ridiculous. I just want to tell Precision Overhead Garage Door Service how much I appreciate the service that I received yesterday.I had actually just got on the interstate for a short trip when my 95 year old mother in law called me and said her garage door wouldn't open and she had her groceries in the trunk.I turned around and after inspecting the door one of the springs had broken.After calling a few companies Precision told me they could fix the door the same day(which they did).That was a big relief for me and my 95 year old mother in law because she still has to have a nice warm car in her garage so she can make her weekly hair appointment,buy her groceries, and take all the cakes,pies,pastries,and coffee to church every Sunday morning!The other companies that I called said they could probably get there within a day or two.I will never shop garage door service any more.I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repair or replacement of garage doors to give Precision a chance,I'm sure glad that I did!They are a family owned business that takes pride in their work and stands behind it with a 2 year warranty.Thanks again to Chuck Gatlin,Thomas,and my technician Tony Parson....great job!
