Called to get a spring replacement installed and they scheduled it quickly. The service tech was on time and quickly replaced the spring without any down time. Would recommend this company for all garage door work, very knowledgeable techs and don't waste time trying to figure out how to fix it, they know.

I had a good experience. I got a quick appointment, the repairman showed up on time, and he worked steadily until my garage door was fixed. Before starting on job he presented me with 3 options based on cost of the work and parts required to do a quick fix or a thorough repair and overhaul.

After 17 years, I had 1 of 3 garage doors that was giving trouble. After I called for service they showed up in about an hour and a half. Upon inspection of the troublesome door, I ask him to inspect the other 2. Yes, the other 2 doors were about to cause problems also. So instead of 1 door I had all 3 doors repaired. They were very knowledgeable in the job and even the trainee got some real good hands on work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for new installations and for any garage door repairs. Saturday morning holiday weekend the spring on the door failed. I made the call to Precision around 11 am, by 3:30 they were at my house and the repairs were completed by around 5pm. The technician Ben was knowledgeable, polite, and focused on providing the information I needed to make repair decisions. In todays world of no customer service and scheduling appointments 3 weeks out this was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all.

The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision the next day after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. They could have sent someone out the day I called, I set up a time for a different day. Anthony was at my house by 9am. He reviewed the problem with me and the cost to fix it. He got to work. Was very disappointed that the first technician worked for four hours and was unable to fix the door properly. Later that evening, three more technicians, in three separate vehicles, showed up and worked together to fix the issue.
