I chose Precision because of same day service . I didn't want to wait a week or two to get the job done. He showed up within an hour and a half of me calling and done a good job and was finished in about an hour or so. It was a bit too pricey though.

When we discovered the broken garage door spring while our vehicles were inside the garage, we were dismayed. I called Precision and a tech Tyson arrived in about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (not installed properly when our house was built), explained repair options along with the cost for each option, and moved forward with the repair.
