Scott came out the same day I called for service. Not only did I get a call from the office about arrival time, but Scott called as well, and he arrived on time. After looking the problem over, Scott explained the problem, gave me an estimated time for the repair and the estimated charges. During the repair, Scott explained why he could make the door workable for a few years (hopefully). Explaining a COMPLETE fix, estimated time, and estimated cost, he proceeded with the repair. Upon completion, Scott demonstrated the completed repair and I was more than happy. Scott was a professional from start to finish. Precision - you have an amazing technician.

Garage door opener broke at about 10 pm. on Sat. night. Unable to get car out. Found that Precision had 24/7 answering service (with a real person). Made appointment for next am (Sunday).Repairman (Tony Parson)was on time and did an excellant job which included replacing the tube rail and the straps supporting the motor making it much steadier. My rating: 10 of 10.

Jean-Paul Collins (JP) was amazing, he did a thorough inspection of our garage door and determined why the springs failed and fixed it all for a great price and super fast. Hopefully we don't need to but if we ever have problems with garage door again we will be using Precision Door for sure!

My garage door was recently and severely damaged after a recent windsheer. I called Precision Sunday morning just hoping to get someone there on the next week. By that very afternoon the door was repaired, all new components,track remotes and opener. I was amazed. The technician was very skilled and professional. This is not the first time I've used Precision and they will be my first call should I need service again.. A top notch company who provides great service to their customers.

Our technician, Chris, was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very thorough in his work. He explained all options to us before starting, and explained all services performed when the job was completed. Yesterday evening, my garage door broke the springs that assist the opener. Since Precision Door had installed this door many years ago, I went to their website last night and scheduled a service call. I simply clicked on the Dalton area tab and picked a time. To confirm, I called their office early this morning and to my surprise, the appointment had been booked online, and the technician was on the way. The online system really works. Anthony from Precision arrived, assessed the situation and got to work. In a short period of time he had the springs replaced, new cables installed, and a general door tune-up completed. Anthony was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He adjusted everything perfectly. The door operation is so much quieter now that it has been serviced and properly adjusted. Another pleasant surprise: Since I had originally purchased the door from Precision, my service was covered under warranty. I had not even considered this but is a very compelling reason to purchase your door from Precision. I would highly recommend buying your next door or door service from these guys.
