From start to finish, having the garage door spring repaired was a stress- free experience. Was able to schedule an appointment online and Tony P. called 15 minutes before the start of the appointment advising me that he was enroute. He evaluated the problem insuring he was not going to install an under-rated spring for the size of the door and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. My garage door broke this morning and I couldn't get out! My littles were loaded and ready to go to daycare. My grandad came to our rescue and, after manually opening the door to let us out, he called PRECISION. Matt arrived within an hour and made the repairs. We closed our garage on Friday afternoon to the sound of a large bang. We immediately checked and the springs were broken and along with a cable. Its 5:30 and who to call? My husband remembered your name from a commercial on TV. He looked up the number and called. Yea, someone answered. The lady scheduled us for the next morning from 9-11. What on a Saturday! The technician (Matt C) called us 30 minutes before 9 stating he would be here at 9. Wow, he showed up on time, was informative and got to work. He finished in an hour. We couldn't be more pleased with everyone we talked to. Keep up the great Customer Service that you have. It is a breath of fresh air from most of the businesses we have encountered. I have to say I couldn't ask for better service. I just bought the house and the garage door was working and then it stopped.. They came out on time and removed my old door opener and replaced new wheels and track and a new Genie door opener . And removed all the old stuff and cleaned up. Works perfect!! The tech that came out to replace the seal on the bottom of the door did a good job after he called back up. At first He told me he could not replace the rubber seal he would have to order one. After calling someone he got a seal off of his truck that worked. I was charged $15 dollars more than my neighbor who had the same garage door except it was a two car garage and mine was a single car garage. When I asked about it the pricing seemed to be up to the tech who could not explain why a smaller door was more expensive. Not sure he was very experienced with the job.

The service that I received was exceptional. The technician made two trips to my home. First he changed the safety eyes. I still had a problem after he left. He came back after he finished the job that he was on. Discovered it was the motor. I didn't expect him to stay and install a the new motor, he did. Thank you !

I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. We had an obvious broken spring and called Precision. Preston Stocktoncame when they said he would. Preston was extremely professional and came with a fully stocked truck. The tech diagnosed the troubles and explained in detail the issues and what he suggested to remedy the situation. He completed a door rebuild in about an hr and everything was completed as he quoted. Do you realize how desperate you feel when you cannot close or open your garage door? I sat in my car for an hour pressing my remote button in 90+ degree weather and my button was worn out and my key to my front door would not unlock my door. Precision sent a serviceman two hours earlier than the scheduled time ( they called for permission) and the tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Hallajulah!!! Thank you Precision!

I choose Precision because I was able to make an appointment and have someone out to repaint garage door as soon as possible. They called to let me know they were coming and showed up in the time frame I asked for.
