Service person said 1-3 to fix my door problem Service person shows up at noon. I was not at home. Called wife to hurry home.. Not happy about that and one more. $69 for a service call. Understand and then add an additional $25 for some other charge not related to me and the so called service charge. Not happy about this either.

Tony and his partner explained everything in an understandable fashion as to what happened anpush button & keypadd why. Installed a 3/4 HP Genie with all the works (springs, bar, pushbutton & keypad) Very pleased with results, would highly recommend!

I had a spring break on my garage door which resulted in the inability of the door opening. I called Precision and they were at my home in 30 minutes. I also requested a quote for the replacement of both of my garage doors. I had the spring replaced and ordered 2 new garage doors too. Precision's TV commercial is why I called them. Their prompt service, great service techs were exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Precision if you are need of any garage door service or replacement.

Convincing the tech to clear the motor code is annoying, chain flapping down it’s obvious there’s a problem. Saying I don’t know to me, come on man. This is your bread and butter. Door opens a few inches less I guess it’s fixed? Chain flaps less, code doesn’t come back Asked him if he could fix the dog chewed wiring to the IR’s it didn’t get done either.

right now this is an add. question/concern It is regarding the down payment. I do understand that a company needs to secure and order, but 50% seems a tad excessive. Is this your standard?

In 2014 we had to have the door controller replaced, I did not know who to call and found Precision Door in Chattanooga, TN The company reps from the time the phone was answered until the tech left were fantastic to deal with. The tech advised us on his findings and what was needed. We went with a belt driver controller and replaced the rollers with the newest on the market. The door can hardly be heard now when raising and closing it. We have never swayed away to another company and always call Precision. They are all courteous, on time with a very fast time to arrive and knowledgeable in their industry. Their services are impeccable. Thanks to all at Precision Door Service for a fantastic job. Was very disappointed that the first technician worked for four hours and was unable to fix the door properly. Later that evening, three more technicians, in three separate vehicles, showed up and worked together to fix the issue.

Called to get a spring replacement installed and they scheduled it quickly. The service tech was on time and quickly replaced the spring without any down time. Would recommend this company for all garage door work, very knowledgeable techs and don't waste time trying to figure out how to fix it, they know.

I had a good experience. I got a quick appointment, the repairman showed up on time, and he worked steadily until my garage door was fixed. Before starting on job he presented me with 3 options based on cost of the work and parts required to do a quick fix or a thorough repair and overhaul.

After 17 years, I had 1 of 3 garage doors that was giving trouble. After I called for service they showed up in about an hour and a half. Upon inspection of the troublesome door, I ask him to inspect the other 2. Yes, the other 2 doors were about to cause problems also. So instead of 1 door I had all 3 doors repaired. They were very knowledgeable in the job and even the trainee got some real good hands on work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for new installations and for any garage door repairs. Awesome job!! Door wouldn’t close and a roller fell out when trying to lower manually. The technician was early, went right to work and figured out the cable had failed. He replaced it, worked to put the roller back and reset the door and it now works perfectly!! Second time I have used Precision and would highly recommend their professionalism and how quick they scheduled the job and same day fix.
