Our previous service was excellent. This time, not so much. The door wasn't opening more than a foot, then stopping. The tech said something about a bad circuit board, and told us we needed a whole new system for something north of $600! I declined, read the owner's manual, and adjusted the "up force" on the back of the motor housing, and now the door opens perfectly.

Garage door opener had quit working. Michael H came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, attempted to fix it but was not successful. I observed all of the work and was very satisfied with his attempts to repair the problem. Bought a new opener and was installed in about forty minutes. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Precision Door to anyone. Thanks to Michael H.

Anthony showed up on time and did an amazing job. My old opener was so noisy and I thought it was going to fly off the rails and land in the driveway. Anthony checked everything over and recommended a new opener. I wanted the Genie, he didn’t have one on his truck. He made a phone call, meet up with another installer and got the Genie I wanted. Installation was fast and then he answered all my questions and programed my car remote. Very pleasant person.

I am very pleased with Precision, I called them at lunch time and they sent a technician to my house by three o’clock the same day. Our garage door needed a new spring system and Tyson the technician did a very good job, he knew exactly what was wrong with our door and repaired it quickly and cleaned everything. I highly recommend Tyson he was very friendly and knowledgeable of his profession.

I chose Precision Doors after googling several and reading reviews on a couple of companies. I went with Precision since they had so many recent positive reviews. Outstanding service. I called to schedule an appointment on Sunday, and by midday Monday I had a new garage door opener installed. The workman was very efficient and explained everything to me about how to use the bells and whistles on the new door. He cleaned up after himself before leaving; I was not left picking up bits and pieces of anything. I would definitely use this company again for any garage door issues that might arise.

You were her in August to replace a vertical rail. I wasn;t here but my wife says The service man said it would cost $600 to do the repair. I told her on the phone to tell him no. He came back with a $300 offer which I agreed to. As he was finishing up he asked my wife to come out. She did and he pushed the close button. The cable promptly snapped as I suspect he knew all along. My wife asked how much to fix it, and he said $100. Strange...now we are back to $400. I'm wondering if maybe that $25 cable could be fixed for say..$50, maybe $60, but that $100 dollars rolled of his tounge pretty quick.
