Anthony very efficient and easy to talk to. This made understanding the problem easier. The bill was reasonable and job completed quickly. Only comment suggestion is that each charge be gone over at completion.

We can easily give Precision five stars. We have had our Precision garage doors for over 5 years. The doors are still in excellent condition, but just needed some general maintenance. I called Precision and the office assistant gave me an appointment within a few days of my call. Tony arrived on time and serviced my garage doors in a skillful, friendly and professional manner. We highly recommend this company.

We had the nicest guy named Tyson fix our garage door. He was very friendly and Tyson was very friendly and went right to work on replacing a spring on our garage door. He was very professional explaining to my husband what was wrong and how he fixed it. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their door fixed. He was one of the nicest guys ever to work for us.

Anthony (Tony) did a great job repairing our garage door. He replaced our broken spring and checked and replaced the bearings. Very efficient same day service. I called company at approx 11:30 cst , he was here by 12:45 and gone by 2:00 pm. I will be using this company again for any future problems that I have with my doors .

Precision Door Service of Chattanooga installed a garage door opener we had purchased from Lowes. The installer was professional, friendly, quick and offered helpful tips. I totally recommend them and was 100% satisfied with their service. (Note: We had thought about going with another company but decided on Precision after we never received a call back from the other company and had to continue calling them for information.) Thank you Precision for being on top of things and making our decision easy, and for a job well done! If you go with Precision, you will not be disappointed.

I was awaken at 2 o’clock in the morning with my garage door going up and down I put the lock on to keep closed and I called precision and got a gentleman they told me that he could schedule me an appointment for Friday but call first thing in the morning and I may get someone to come sooner. So I called this morning and they said somebody right away there was a Power surge that was making it click often on and go up and down problem is taken care of shortly the guy was very nice and I want to thank you very much for taking care of the matter for me right away great job precision now I’m going back to bed

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was able to schedule a same day service call in a matter of 3 minutes using the "chat" feature on their website, which was handy because I was at work. I asked for a late appointment and they gave me a target time of 6-9 which was Perfect for our schedule. Mind you other companies I called didn't do calls after 4 and had me scheduled WEEKS out. I was very impressed in how fast and easy it was to get scheduled and how quick they got a technician to our home. I received an email showing me a ID picture of my tech and a sample of how the truck would look so I would know who was coming to my property. Ben (our tech) kept in touch and let me know when he was close. He even waited 5 minutes on me to get back from the store. He did his job well and got the cables back on our door and working properly in a professional, timely manner. You can't go wrong with this company. The price was also great for a same day service call. They will be my new "go to" and I will recommend then to anyone who needs garage help.

My garage door hasn't been functional for a while. I contacted Precision to make an appointment to have someone come out and take a look and give an estimate. Tony came out the same day and was very informative about what the issues were. He repaired my garage doors and installed a new opener the same day. Tony went above and beyond working in the hot sun and not quitting until the job was done. I am so happy to have my doors functioning again.

You were her in August to replace a vertical rail. I wasn;t here but my wife says The service man said it would cost $600 to do the repair. I told her on the phone to tell him no. He came back with a $300 offer which I agreed to. As he was finishing up he asked my wife to come out. She did and he pushed the close button. The cable promptly snapped as I suspect he knew all along. My wife asked how much to fix it, and he said $100. Strange...now we are back to $400. I'm wondering if maybe that $25 cable could be fixed for say..$50, maybe $60, but that $100 dollars rolled of his tounge pretty quick. I'll never let you folks in again unless I'm home....and as long as there are other companies, never. Wm Mitchell Beaver Drive Trenton
