We called the day before the 4th of July thinking we would get a repairman after the 4th. To our surprise, we were given a repairman for that afternoon. Graham from the Chattanooga area came at the exact time he said he would be here. He explained what we needed and went to work. He was courteous and worked quickly. He took time to explain the new features and cleaned up and ready to leave. We are so thankful Precision was available and will use them again!

I had a minor problem with my garage door causing me to be unable to use it. Your weekend phone service promised a Monday morning appointment time. Your technician, Tyson, arrived early on Monday and quickly repaired the problem. He inspected the whole door and suggested a replacement of the torque spring. The house is 17 years old and the spring is probably that age also so I had him to replace it. I was extremely pleased with your response time and with the service Tyson performed. He is an excellent representative of your company. When and if I need garage door service again I will certainly call Precision and request Tyson as the technician.

Called and got an appointment for same day service. Graham called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Graham inspected the door and noticed faulty rollers in addition to the broken spring. Graham quickly replaced all parts and ensured everything was working properly (all while answering my numerous questions). A+ and 5 stars for the service Graham provided. I called Precision Door Service around 4PM Thursday afternoon to request repair service. The garage door spring broke and the door would not open. Precision’s technician arrived around 5:30PM. He was very friendly and helpful. He did a complete overhaul and replaced the door springs, rollers and other parts in a couple of hours and our door was working again. The door now works better than it ever did. The rapid response and friendly service was greatly appreciated. Another door company I called said it would be a couple of weeks before they could even look at my door. We greatly appreciate the rapid response and excellent service.
