Efficient and affordable!! I called to schedule an appointment, they were able to see me the same day. The cost was 1/3 less than a local competitor that couldn’t “work me in” for several days. The young man Dillon was very courteous and polite. It was late in the afternoon when he arrived to give me an estimate on my garage doors. After I accepted the estimate he stayed and completed the job. I am very satisfied with the job he did and his professionalism. Was very surprised he was not worried about punching a time clock.

We had new springs and rollers installed one week ago (on a less than three year old garage door) because of terrible noises upon opening and closing. Now we have a whole new set of noises. Scheduling another service call to see of the issue can be resolved...will keep you posted.

Precision door head someone here to replace the torsion springs on my door within a couple of hours. The man who worked on the door was very nice man. He got out of the truck with a big smile on his face and was in a good mood the whole time even though he was doing a tough job and working around the car that was stuck in the garage.

The tech called ahead. Arrived soon. Got the work done quickly. Was very nice. But, he asked me some odd questions... He asked did I live alone in this big home. He asked did I have a gun. And he asked for a Coke before he left. I answered his questions & gave him a Coke, but I don't think those 3 questions were appropriate for a repairman to ask. Other than that, the service was great!! So thankful to have this repair done! The tech even helped me back my car out of the garage. He directed me. I had side swiped the door pulling in last night. Also broke the side mirror on my car. Was afraid to back out without help. Thank you Precision Door!

I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. When I called for an appointment, I figured it would be a few days before someone could come out to look at my garage door. To my surprise, I received a call from Ben within just a few minutes of calling and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Wow! That alone means so much these days. He gave me the options to repair my door or get a new system. We decided on a new one since our current one was very old. Ben had the new one installed and showed me how to program the new keypad in a short amount of time. This was the best experience I’ve had in a very long time.
