I had the Precision ad from an area marketing distribution and called when the garage door wouldn't open. They were able to come sooner than the scheduled window of service, the same day. They evaluated the problem, explained the suggested solution, and were thorough in the installation and reviewing the new door opener with me. Subsequent to contacting Precision Garage Door and explaining my service need to your secretary, she arranged for your representative named BEN to come to my property on Signal Mountain. Ben called me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived approximately one hour before his appointed time. Ben quickly assessed the problem with my door and proceeded to make the necessary repaid. In addition to BEN’s professional work ethic, he was one of the most professional and polite individuals we have ever had the pleasure to meet. Recommended by a friend. You exceeded my expectations, had the parts on the truck to repair my opener. In an hour and a half the opener was repaired and adjusted and checked the door for proper operation and it was all done for less than I thought it would cost.

I called them at 8:00 AM and my garage door was repaired and fully functioning before 11:00. Joe and Tommy were highly knowledgeable and completely professional. I'll use precision door again and I recommend them without hesitation!

Talk about excellent service!! My garage door was not closing correctly. I called Precision and they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. Lucky me!! Trent was friendly, professional and delivered the wonderful news that I needed a new opener. He had one on his truck and got to work. Afterwards, he walked me through on the opener, pointed out what he did, and even programmed my vehicles for the new opener. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Every expectation I could have was exceeded.

Drive gear on 20 yr old belt drive Chamberlain garage door opener stripped. Called Precision and got a quick appointment. Joe and a helper (forgot helpers' name - maybe Tony?) arrived on time. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe went over the garage door components thoroughly. Joe said the old motor could be repaired or a new motor installed. We discussed the options on a new motor so I opted for ordering a new motor. Joe also felt the springs were old and not helping the motor lift the door. The garage door and existing track were in excellent shape. Decided on a new Liftmaster Elite 8550 Series battery backup belt drive. Comes with its own app for wireless remote control. Installed new sensor safety lights and outdoor keypad. Joe made sure I understood everything they were installing and had me watch to verify the safety features worked as advertised. Very pleased with the installation. Joe and his helper were great. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Joe was very professional and very knowledgable about the products. he was prompt and made the repairs very quickly.he informed us about other issues with the door, but never pushed me to do the repairs. I took his advise with the suggestions that he made and the door works more easily and more quite. Joe had a trainee with him that was very competent as well. I called Precision and that same day had a technician to my house with in a couple of hours. I will recommend Precision to anyone.
