House is only 2 years old, so called Precision for an inspection and preventative maintenance. The service tech., Robert, showed up earlier that originally scheduled, called first, and was very courteous & professional. Suggested that the plastic rollers be replaced with more dependable parts that should prevent any future potential problems. This is the second time I have used this company, first time was to install garage door windows, and very satisfied with their products and service. Highly recommended!

Received excellent service from Robert and a new trainee, Nick... received a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time... They were able to replace the broken keyless entry which was the reason for the service call. The door was checked out and I was advised of another worn part, which they had with them and was able to replace it... Great service and very professional.... Thank you !!

In April 2018 a spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision and a service tech was here the next morning. He replace both springs, cables, pulleys and carriage wheels. Very professional and thorough. This was not cheap but our door had all original parts and was 20 years old. This week the door began to fail to go all the way up. I called Precision again and they arrived as scheduled and made a quick adjustment to one spring. This repair fell under the one year warranty so there was no charge. I am very pleased with this companies response and the professional techs.

I called to get my garage door repaired at 8 :15, and by 9:15, Robert had called me to let me know he was on the is way. By 11:00, he had completely finished the total rebuild of the springs and Cabling system. Great job. This is the second property that Precision has repaired for me. Each time they met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I choose Precision because I have had previous experience with their service. First time was for an automatic door opener and this time was for new springs. Both times, I have been completely satisfied with the repairs and customer service. Joe was very attentive and didn't mind me asking questions. I could not be more pleased with the service we received! Scheduling an appointment was easy and a technician was at my house within two hours of my call. Joe was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the problem with our garage door, gave us his honest recommendation on how to repair it, and worked efficiently to get us back in working order.
