Ben called me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived approximately one hour before his appointed time. Talk about excellent service!! My garage door was not closing correctly. I called Precision and they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. Lucky me!! Trent was friendly, professional and delivered the wonderful news that I needed a new opener. He had one on his truck and got to work. Afterwards, he walked me through on the opener, pointed out what he did, and even programmed my vehicles for the new opener. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Every expectation I could have was exceeded.

Drive gear on 20 yr old belt drive Chamberlain garage door opener stripped. Called Precision and got a quick appointment. Joe and a helper (forgot helpers' name - maybe Tony?) arrived on time. They were both very pleasant and professional. Joe went over the garage door components thoroughly. Joe said the old motor could be repaired or a new motor installed. We discussed the options on a new motor so I opted for ordering a new motor. Joe also felt the springs were old and not helping the motor lift the door. The garage door and existing track were in excellent shape. Decided on a new Liftmaster Elite 8550 Series battery backup belt drive. Comes with its own app for wireless remote control. Installed new sensor safety lights and outdoor keypad. Joe made sure I understood everything they were installing and had me watch to verify the safety features worked as advertised. Very pleased with the installation. Joe and his helper were great. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Joe was very professional and very knowledgable about the products. he was prompt and made the repairs very quickly.he informed us about other issues with the door, but never pushed me to do the repairs. I took his advise with the suggestions that he made and the door works more easily and more quite. Joe had a trainee with him that was very competent as well. My 12-year old garage door would shut but then immediately pop back up at times. Patrick came at the scheduled time. He was outgoing and very professional. He diagnosed our problem and then gave us options for repairing it. I selected the installation of new steel rollers to replace the worn plastic ones. Patrick repaired the door in less than an hour. He made some adjustments to the door to be sure there was no opening between the floor and bottom of door. He answered my questions and also gave me a walk-through on how to do periodic maintenance. The work came with a 5-year warranty. I would use Precision Door again and was very impressed with Patrick.
