Contacted Precision Door. Anthony came out the next day and fixed the door. It has never run smoother. Price was very fair. Anthony did a great job. Cleaned up. Except for the smooth running door we would never know he had been here. Strongly recommend Precision Door.

I called for garage door replacement. They said they would send Joe the following day for estimation. It was wonderful that they send a picture picture of staff so you knew you were not letting a fraud in your home. Joe came as planned. He was friendly and professional. He gave me estimate after explaining options. Very easily picked out exactly what I wanted.

Excellent customer service. Garage door opener broke on a Sunday morning. I requested an appointment later in the morning online and received a phone call within a few hours. D. Parson, technician, reported the next day within the timeframe stated, calling prior to give notice of arrival time. He accessed my garage doors, gave an estimate, and after agreement went to work. He did a PDS overhaul on both my garage doors with work completed within 3 hours of arrival. Highly recommend - responsive, timely and courteous service.

The tech was good, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He never tried to oversell anything. In fact my other door was sopping part way, intermittently, and he replaced the spring which was worn out, to see if that would fix it, and it did, instead of trying to sell me another opener. He gets a 5 for these attributes. GIVE HIM A RAISE OR AT LEAST A GOOD BONUS! Overall I rated a 4 because I just noticed on your web military and first responder discounts. I am a vet and retired fire chief and a senior! Never was offered discount. Bummer. Should have been asked by the person I placed the service call with.

I was looking for a "wellness check" and maintenance on my garage door as it was sticking a bit. The first thing that Anthony Parson, the service technician found was that the door was out of balance. The next thing he found was a crack in the Spring. The door was in bad need of rollers, cleaning of tracks, lubrication, etc. Anthony showed my everything he was doing and explained every step....Very pleased with his work and his disposition. I will use them again in the future.

We have lived in our home for fifteen years. This broken garage door spring is the third we have experienced. Mr. Parsons replaced all the bearings and redid the door. I am very pleased with the smoothness and quiet with which the door operates. Mr. Parson was very pleasant and explained a great many things. I was pleased with his obvious pride in working for Precision Door.

Our previous service was excellent. This time, not so much. The door wasn't opening more than a foot, then stopping. The tech said something about a bad circuit board, and told us we needed a whole new system for something north of $600! I declined, read the owner's manual, and adjusted the "up force" on the back of the motor housing, and now the door opens perfectly.
