Today, I had a great experience with Robert. He greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with all my questions. He explained all the steps he was going to do. Next, he was more than happy to talk with my husband over the phone to make sure everyone was on same page before any action was taken. Finally, he repaired my door and showed And what he’d done. I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I was shown. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Technician was on time and repaired our door in one hour as stated. He replaced the springs and rollers and balanced the door. The cost was a little more than I expected, but he did a fine job.

I called on Saturday morning for an appointment to fix my door opener. Joe from Precision Door was at my house and had it fixed by 6:00 pm same day. Another garage company I tried failed to show up on two occasions and didn't even bother to call me back and explain why they didn't show. Very pleased with Precision Door Co. MIKE O.

Honest, professional yet personable. Patrick performed a complete new installation/replacement of everything except the door. Very professional, explained everything he was doing and most importantly, he showed me each of the issues as he found them and explained the degree of failure. Called Precision after knocking our garage door off track when backing out. Jerry with Precision was at our house within a couple of hours and had our garage door fixed in no time! We were completely satisfied with Precision's garage door repair. We had to have new remotes, springs, and rollers- Robert was GREAT - very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us some great tips. We called on Memorial Day and they still provided same day service (at no extra charge), came at the time they said they would, and did a great job. Hard to imagine better service.

Excellent work! Showed up on the early side of the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently. Did not leave a mess behind. I was a little surprised by the cost to overhaul the door BUT was very impressed with how it worked afterwards. As an attestation to the honesty of our serviceman, Jerry, he said that our other garage door was working fine and did NOT need repair. Would highly recommend them.

The service advisor called to ask what the problem and offered to help so as not to charge me for coming out if he can tell me how to fix. I told him that the transmitter is not working, gave him the Model number. I also told him that the garage door is otherwise working but not the remotes. He came and outright said the opener is 100 years old very mockingly( It is 30 yrs old) and that u cannot find that transmitter. He left.I went on google and put the transmitter model number and it is available every where- Amazon, Walmart, and many other garage door places for less than $30. He said you will have to replace ur garage door and I will give you a special for $450. What a deal.NEVER AGAIN TO CALL THESE PEOPLE. THE TECNHICIN HAD NO CLUE HOW TO FIX EXCEPT SELLING A NEW OPENER.
