Jerry called and came to the house. Very nice person and definitely knows what he is doing. I had purchased a side by side UTV and after I got it home it was too tall for my toy garage. Jerry assessed the problem on the spot, told me what I needed so I ordered it!! New door with higher tracks and a door opener! Oh and by the way as he was leaving I had him to check our main double car garage door. After inspecting it, Jerry showed me some serious safety flaws and recommended changing it out with new door and the door opener! I give Jerry 5 stars plus 1!!

I could not believe how quickly our technician arrived at our house after I made the initial service request. He completed the repairs less than three hours after we called. The garage door now operates quieter than it did when it was new. SIX STARS!!!!!!!

My sister-in-law had recommended Precision highly, so I called and was hoping for the best. Jerry was early, which was fine with me. He repaired one of my doors and serviced the other. The new rollers make the doors so much quieter.They are running like new. I will never call a different company again!

I went to leave for the day and my garage door would not open. I called Precision and they sent Jerry out to repair my garage. He even arrived early! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! This is the second time we have used them and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else. This time, I needed a new spring installed. My appointment was for 4 p.m. The repairman arrived at 3:45 p.m. and my door was was working like new by 4:30 p.m. The repairman was great and explained exactly what was wrong and what would need to be fixed.

Called in the early afternoon and before dinner the tech was here and done. Great job, replaced all the worn parts of our door and it operates like new. Great service, prompt and professional. Who could ask for more??

Fast response - same day and exactly at 1PM...(given 1 - 3 PM time frame.) My garage door pully was off track and door gammed on track. Technician was prepared , professional, explained everything problem in detail, and completed the job quickly! Highly recommended!!!
