I first saw your advertisement in The Mint Magazine, so when the problem occurred with my garage door I called my daughter-in-law to see if she knew anyone who owned or worked for a garage door repair company, she said a friend of hers had some problems, she called her and guess what, it was your company that repaired it she gave your company a good reference. I could not be more pleased with the two young men who came to my house and fixed mine, Robert explained everything in detail and always asked if I had any questions.

I was excited to find a company that was available 24/7 and offered evening appointments with no increased service fee. I called and just over two hours later they were at my house installing springs, cables all new hardware on both garage doors. The service men were professional and very personable. They explained the importance of the working parts of the garage door and gave us options on the repair. I would definitely recommend these guys for garage door service!

Drove into my garage and the spring on the garage door popped. I called Precision and they were able to send a technician right away. He was very professional. I had seen a ad on TV for Precision, so I thought I would give them a try. Robert arrived on time, actually 2 minutes early, and got our new opener installed and working in no time. I found out the opener was dead at 9:10 am and Precision had the job assessed, installed and finished by 12 noon. Wish everyone was this service oriented.

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision. I called late in the afternoon on Wednesday because my garage door opener stopped working and got an appt. for the next morning. I requested Ben since I had such a great experience with him last time. He showed up when he said he was going to and brought a trainee with him named Caleb. Both were extremely professional, clean-cut, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor.. if you need anything garage door, motor, etc... related, call this company! They completed all the work within a couple of hours to include 2 new garage door openers, new springs and rollers on one of the garage doors and installed a pad outside my garage so I can get in that way too! YAY! The new openers are whisper quiet too.. #BONUS Thanks guys!!!
