I selected Precision Door because we have had excellent experience in the past both at our home in Indianapolis and here in Lookout Highlands. However, The experience yesterday was not as satisfacory as in the past. It took 3.5 hrs to replace the motor and the job is still not completed. Seems there is a programming issue with the remote. It apparently will take 1-2 wks for the new panel to arrive. The other two garage doors were not serviced and the box on the outside could not be reprogrammed for entry of people needing access without a garage door opener in car. The young man was very polite but it was still a frustrating experience. All that said, we greatly appreciated the rapid response to get a service technician out to repair the door.

James was so knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me how he could tell that the door had been serviced in the past and suggested that when time comes to replace my old chain driven door with a larger power and smoother operating belt drive unit. I’m sure I will take his advice about that soon and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Garage door spring broke on Memorial Day. Called them that afternoon and they were out the next morning with all the supplies to get us back up and running. Highly recommend! Very courteous, and prompt and thorough in showing me what needed to be fixed on our 14 year old door, and how to maintain going forward. 5 year warranty was also nice!

Easy to make appointments and arrive on time. They did a great job and when I later needed a spring adjustment due to my extremely heavy door they came out the same day and changed it out to a larger spring at no cost. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Saturday before Easter and my garage doors were acting like they had a little demon lol. Kept going up and down all by themselves randomly. So thankful that 1) you guys were open, and 2) that Alex could get here quickly and fixed the problem easily. We had purchased the belt drive opener from Precision a couple of years ago when our old unit started acting up and have been so pleased with how efficient and quiet it operates. Today I went to open door and one of the original hinges holding the panels of door together had broken This was just a few hours before I had to be at work and once again Precision cane thru for us with a same day appointment and fix We are so pleased to know about and tell others about a local company that treats people right. They have been helpful and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.
