fast friendly, dependable, price was very reasonable, the repairman was clean. came prepared with all the right parts a tools and, the company truck was very clean and well marked for advertisement. they did the repair at the same price they quoted me over the phone, no hidden cost or fees with these folks. you can tell that they are probably the only company in this part of the country who still believes in "truth in advertising". The office staff were extremely hospitable. bottom line? The measure twice and cut once"! will use them again when my door fails again,

We had used Precision for service on our old garage door before and were very pleased with them. So when we were ready for a new one, they were our first choice. We ordered a new prairie style double garage door, opener, and total install package. Conner and Ben installed it, were very professional and knowledgeable of the door and programing. It is comforting knowing if we have an issue, they are a phone call away. We give Precision 5 stars!

I called to have my garage door repaired after parts had worn out and broken. Less than an hour after calling to get an appointment a Precision technician was at my door. Jerry was very professional and courteous. He explained all repair options and let me know what I needed fixed now and what could wait for a while. After making the necessary repairs, garage door is quieter then ever, he walked me thru on how to maintain my new parts. Best part of all it’s all made in the USA and guaranteed for life.
