Our door was broken on 1 side Joe and his helper came out they redone our doors we couldn't just wait on ordering new ones and put new springs rollers etc.back in may of this year the tension was off again on left side so he came back out for us and adjusted it thank you Joe and precision for your help.

Nick answered our call for service of a "loud" garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail the needed repairs. He provided us with a detailed cost estimate and offered several repair options. When I knew I was in need of a Door for my Garage I did research and found Your Company had a very good ,very positive comments on line. As a result (I am 83 and wife 79) We elected to go with PRECISION. We Were Given a Great price on the Door and the installation was right on schedule . I must comment on the Staff having been in business for many years 'I WAS VERY IMPRESSED with the Workmen and the skills both on installation, but also kind, friendly, courteous attitude shown. I would give them all a "5" Plus! All ready recommended them to my neighbor who need s new Doors.

I was not impressed with the service that I received from Precision and wish that I had gone with another company for my garage door service needs. I had a technician, Nick I believe, come out with another man to replace the spring and the cables on my door. I was quoted one price over the phone and told another, higher price in person. The technician also tried to upsell me a bunch of other things that I did not need. I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I am a young woman, and in the end, the price still did not match up with what I was told over the phone. I felt that this was a shady business practice and did not make me feel confident in this company. Although the work was completed in a satisfactory manner, I would not use this company again.
