Drove into my garage and the spring on the garage door popped. I called Precision and they were able to send a technician right away. He was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and how much the choices would cost. There was no pressure. He immediately went to work fixing my problem. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had seen a ad on TV for Precision, so I thought I would give them a try. Robert arrived on time, actually 2 minutes early, and got our new opener installed and working in no time. I found out the opener was dead at 9:10 am and Precision had the job assessed, installed and finished by 12 noon. Wish everyone was this service oriented.

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision. I called late in the afternoon on Wednesday because my garage door opener stopped working and got an appt. for the next morning. I requested Ben since I had such a great experience with him last time. He showed up when he said he was going to and brought a trainee with him named Caleb. Both were extremely professional, clean-cut, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor.. if you need anything garage door, motor, etc... related, call this company! They completed all the work within a couple of hours to include 2 new garage door openers, new springs and rollers on one of the garage doors and installed a pad outside my garage so I can get in that way too! YAY! The new openers are whisper quiet too.. #BONUS Thanks guys!!!

House is only 2 years old, so called Precision for an inspection and preventative maintenance. The service tech., Robert, showed up earlier that originally scheduled, called first, and was very courteous & professional. Suggested that the plastic rollers be replaced with more dependable parts that should prevent any future potential problems. This is the second time I have used this company, first time was to install garage door windows, and very satisfied with their products and service. Highly recommended!

Received excellent service from Robert and a new trainee, Nick... received a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time... They were able to replace the broken keyless entry which was the reason for the service call. The door was checked out and I was advised of another worn part, which they had with them and was able to replace it... Great service and very professional.... Thank you !!
