Called because of the "same day service" ad on New Year's Eve around 2pm, knowing that it would be a couple of days before I could get service for a garage door that "wouldn't open, even manually". Boy, was I surprised by the quick response (at my house within 1 hour) and the fast and quick work (replacement of springs, bearings and rollers) done all within one hour. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

Same day response! Our technician Ben was professional and courteous. He called ahead and apologized for running late and told us exactly when he would be getting to our home. Our garage tension spring was broken. He told us of the cost to fix it, but based on the age of the door and his inspection he recommended an overhaul...which turned out to be the best deal with a limlted life time warranty. We now have in essence a brand new door that is both quiet and safe. We are very pleased!

Tech came out in reasonable time. Technically tech did not know what he was doing. Started hammering all over the door made door fall and bent door hinges. Tech said sorry then left door bent and have hanging. I would not recommend them to anyone. Will destroy and then tell you a lot of parts need replace.

I called around noon to see if someone could come give an estimate on new garage doors and an opener. Ben was here by 1:00 and was finished with the whole process in about 15 minutes. He was very informative, answered my questions about our particular situation and offered suggestions I hadn’t considered. Our doors should be here in 2-4 weeks so I’m looking forward to their installation. Very prompt and courteous.

Cable broke so door would not operate. Called around noon to see if repairs could be same day. Was told to expect a service person between 4 & 6. Tony arrive around 5:15pm proceeded to replace both door cables with safety cables. Very professional. Will definitely get this company to quote me on replacing my shop sliding door. We had an issue with our garage door not wanting to open this morning. We had Precision come out this afternoon and after about 5 minutes of looking and saying he doesn't know anything about our specific brand (7 yr old house) and verifying the spring was fine, he then recommended an entirely new door and opener!!! It was discovered the outlet went bad, although the other outlets in the garage were fine with nothing tripped in the breaker. After paying $50 for this "service" my husband and I discovered it was simply a tripped GFI that our ceiling outlet was tied into. We will be looking into other companies in the future should the need arise.

Ben (Chattanooga) is the best ever! The repair work he did for me was to perfection. I have had two other garage door repair companies out at my house and the garage doors were never repaired correctly. Thank you, Ben.
