I have worked with Precision many times over the last 10 years or so. They installed a new door for my garage a year or so ago and I just love it. More recently they replaced the sensors for me. They are prompt courteous and reliable. I highly recommend them.

I called to have my garage door repaired after parts had worn out and broken. Less than an hour after calling to get an appointment a Precision technician was at my door. Jerry was very professional and courteous. He explained all repair options and let me know what I needed fixed now and what could wait for a while. After making the necessary repairs, garage door is quieter then ever, he walked me thru on how to maintain my new parts. Best part of all it’s all made in the USA and guaranteed for life. Had been having problems with doors opening and closing -- sometimes would work and other times wouldn't. Joe checked everything and made his recommendation: either order a new circuit board or replace and update. After showing pricing, it was a slam dunk. Joe installed a new opener with key pad and new remotes. Everything is now updated with a lifetime warranty. He explained everything and how it worked in detail. He was so cordial and didn't try to push anything. If we have problems with our door again, Precision Door will get the first call. Couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome.
