Needed repair on Saturday and you was only door company open on Saturday so I called. Service was good with fast response time. I think the charge was excessive but I was in need and had to have my door fixed. No complaint except the price that was charged

Joe quoted $465.00 for replacement of a torque master bar from Wayne Dalton. I responded that was way out of what we had expected and we would wait. He said his call bill would be $65.00 and I told him that was high for 20 min. He said he had to drive over (we live 8 min. from bus). He was courteous an I paid him. McSpadden replaced the bar a few hours later for $229 total labor and parts. Your prices are out of line

Site was referred to me by Home Advisor on the web. They called in less than an hour after I made the request on line. Technician came to the house at the appointed time and gacve me a quote with several options in a matter of minutes. I decided to let him do the job even though the cost was a little higher than I expected but he also upgraded the door which I had not anticipated. He did the work immediately and I am very pleased with the job he did.
