My wife called in because our garage door would not lower. Only place she called that wasn't booked until after the New Year. Joe came out that afternoon, did a thorough inspection, made his recommendation, and offered three different levels of service to get it back in working condition. He took the time to not only explain it to her; he also spoke with me over the phone and explained exactly what the problem was and what was involved in each estimate. We went with an overhaul which he stated was warrantied for five years. Even got a discount for having just recently retired from the military. Could not be more pleased with the quality of service and value. Highly recommend Precision and will be our "go to" for any future work.

Excellent service. Joe and his helper installed 2 new openers and had them replace the springs on both doors. Both of the men were very knowledgeable and perfessional. The products they installed are as good as their service. I like the fact you receive an email for time confirmation and with a photo and history of the serviceman who will be coming. That is a great factor which gives the home owner a good sense of safety. Enjoyed talking with Joe about his service to America on the USS Kittyhawk after they finished the job. Great company, great service, great products. And the young girl at the call center did an excellent job also. Perfessional from start to finish.

Your ad said "same day service". I called around 3 pm on a Friday and sure enough Joe was here at 8 pm to repair the cables and pulleys on my garage door. I'm really pleased that I didn't have to wait until Monday...fearing all weekend the cable would snap and come crashing down on me and or my vehicle.
