My wife called in because our garage door would not lower. Only place she called that wasn't booked until after the New Year. Joe came out that afternoon, did a thorough inspection, made his recommendation, and offered three different levels of service to get it back in working condition. He took the time to not only explain it to her; he also spoke with me over the phone and explained exactly what the problem was and what was involved in each estimate. We went with an overhaul which he stated was warrantied for five years. Even got a discount for having just recently retired from the military. Could not be more pleased with the quality of service and value. Highly recommend Precision and will be our "go to" for any future work.
Thank you for the 5 star rating. Precision Door appreciates your business and feedback on your positive experience. It is our pleasure to serve you, even more so since you served us and our Country well.
