I called expecting to wait a couple of days or weeks to have service but I was pleasantly surprised to have same day service. Jerry was very nice and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. The garage door is over 6 years old so all the moving parts were replaced with new ones. Took Jerry about 45 minutes to do everything. I was pleased with the friendliness of the office staff when I called with the problem on an old garage door.
