After a garage door malfunction disaster, we had to get it fixed. Chatted online with a Precision rep, who helped us schedule an appointment the following day. Jerry (our technician) came out, calling to advise when he'd arrive. He was at our home before the appointment time and set to work quickly, diagnosing the multiple issues we had. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Jerry explained what our options were and the benefits of each. Once we decided the best course of action, and he was done in about an hour. The lifetime warranty gives us peace of mind, and we'd recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

Joe was very professional and helpful. He showed me where the issues were and gave three options for repair and costs. While the cost made me gulp a bit (I did choose the overhaul option), I am confident in the repairs he made and the quality of the materials used. He also gave me some pointers on maintaining a smooth running door. I also appreciate having the warranty.

our technician was Joe and we give him 20 stars.... Cloan him and your company will continue to be the BEST IN THE AREA. Joe gave us 3 options, and explained them thoroughly and answered all of our questions. we replaced the rollers and the overhead garage door with a 1/2 HP to replace the 1/3 HP that was in place and that resolved our problems. Joe was a delight to meet and work with. we will highly recommend your company to anyone needing your service. this is our second experience with your company and both were excellent experiences.

I was very impressed with the service I received to repair my garage door. The technician, Joe T, looked over every aspect of the door and explained what was broken as well as what was showing wear. He didn't just explain; he showed me the actual problems. He gave me several options on what could be done, and when I chose what I wanted he carried out the work right then and there. I would certainly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again.

Service tech was on time, very professional, completed work quickly. He also gave me options to consider, just the spring or a "re-build" of the working parts. I went with the re-build, while twice the cost of just replacing the spring, this will reduce the chances of having another service visit. My door is 14 years old and should now last another 15 years. He also recommended using silicon spurs to lube the working parts every 4 months. If you think about the work done, suggestions, in effect means he will not need to come back, except when one of my other two doors has an issue. When that happens I will call Precision again for repair! High marks for the tech!

We found your company in the Chattanooga Yellow Pages. Joe Thomason persuaded us to upgrade the garage door opener mechanism, when he came to repair our slow, cranky door. He installed a second cable and reel, plus a second spring (one each side), a keypad outside, and new remotes. The door itself is still the same one installed when the house was built.

For customer service, promptness, knowledge and politeness of Ben, the outstanding Tech, I give 5 stars. BUT for having no warranty on the preformed work/parts UNLESS you purchase a "limited lifetime warranty" for almost the same cost as the repair is a ZERO and bordering on a scam. Would I use them again? Most likely yes, but I would also shop around first.
