Jerry is prompt and professional. He replaced a set of bad safety eyes. Before he left the new set malfunctioned so he wired in another set. This pair is working good. Just hope this problem with sensors isn't a common one as there is no warranty with them.

I was pleased with the work Jerry did installing new rollers on my garage door. New rollers were installed on the other door in January. In January you installed two openers but neither one opened the door all the way. Much to my delight, Jerry fixed one but didn't have time to fix the other one. He said that he or someone will come back to fix the other door so that it would open all the way. I hope so.

Jerry called before he arrived. He was on time & very friendly.He said that the door needed overhauled. He installed a new opener to replace the defective one & overhauled the door with the new type springs & nylon rollers, now the door is very quiet. This is a 18' wood door & very heavy. Can now be raised with one hand if need be. I would do business with Precision again.

Ben Wilbur was our service person. He called in advance of the apt to give arrival time. He was very through and explained the current problem and resolved it. He showed us the ware on the existing door installed in 1999. After his inspection and recommendation, we decided to go ahead and order a new door. He is an excellent representative of your company.
