Absolutely Incredible Service!!! First of all, the scheduling dispatcher was prepared to have someone come out same day. Our schedule wouldn't allow for that but we did schedule a tech (Jerry) to come two days later. I had tried to tackle this on my own, but my knowledge of how much torsion spring was appropriate for my garage door. Jerry had all that in his head. He sized up the door, evaluated the parts I had already purchased and pointed out how my purchased parts were not to be relied upon (foreign manufacture). Jerry was incredibly fast and still had time to educate me about the physics of door operation. He also revealed how the pulleys and cables weren't long for this world. I'm not a "push-over" when it comes selling needless parts. Jerry had all the right answers and the best attitude toward doing right by us. The peace of mind of knowing our home is protected and the work is guaranteed by such professional workmanship, is "currency" not easily redeemed in other marketplaces. Kudos!!! Your services are highly recommended from this satisfied customer.

We had a broken spring on our 40 year old garage door. We selected Precision because of their descriptive ad in the yellow pages, and the senior discount. The service technician showed up on time, quickly evaluated the issues with the door and made a recommendation. He had all the tools, equipment and parts to do the job and the door was completely overhauled and upgraded in about an hour and a half and in a very professional manner. We highly recommend Precision Door Service.

On Thanksgiving Day my garage door wouldn't close. The following day I called 2 other places I found on the internet before I called Precision and either no one answered the phone, or I was switched around too much and got frustrated. The technician was very nice. But what I appreciate most is that within 2 hours of me placing the call to Precision the technician was at my home and my door was repaired. I am extremely grateful for the customer service and the quick response. I will use Precision again in the future.

I am always hesitant and reluctant to have contractors doing work on our home. I guess because we have had problems in the past with different companies, but Jerry and Joe were great. They called when they said they would, they came when they said they would come, and they were professional. We have not had any problems with the door and my husband and I both agree that the door has made a big difference in the temperature in the garage. The next thing is to purchase a new garage door opener. The only suggestion I have is that the clean up should include picking up nuts and bolts from the old door that have fallen to the ground. We picked up several which could have caused problems with our tires when pulling in or out of the garage. I'm not trying to be picky because the service was good and I was very impressed with the technicians and the installation of the new door.
