Ok I have to add to my review, because I got in too big of a hurry, and it is very important that I add this... After the repair was done I didn't realize how noisy our garage door was before but it is sooooo nice and quite and sooo smooth now!!!!! I looked on the Internet for garage doors Precision was the first one that came up and what caught my eye was it was professionally advertised and the 24/7. Although We ended up waiting till the next day to have them come out I was thinking I was going to have to have them come out the night it happened. Jerry was very professional, and great at meeting our needs!!! We have a 2 car garage but one door and for the size it is, it really needed more struts and springs than just the 1 strut and 1 spring. Also added some rollers since ours probably would be going out soon! Hopefully we won't be needing them anytime soon but if we do we definitely will be calling him back!! Thx again, Jerry at precision!!!

When I called for service, a technician arrived within a couple of hours. Jerry was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem and replaced my garage door lift system and rollers in about 30 minutes. He also explained the warranty and even told me about a Facebook coupon that I could use to save $30. Great experience and I will definitely use and recommend Precision in the future.

Had great experience with Precision. Came out same day as call and realized needed new doors as old ones were cracked in middle. Technicians really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. New doors are insulated and such an improvement in quality! Professional company--color me happy.

He explained the age (about 20) and shakiness of my old opener, and I decided to take his advice and get a new one. Bada-boom: 60 minutes later I have a smoothly operating garage door with several nice features, and -- a lifetime warranty. Nice job, Precision. SK (Tech was Jerry)

We had a new garage door and opener installed the 1st of August, the technicians where great, did a great job and where very friendly, and we have loved our new door, looks great, and is very quite opening and closing, not like the old one that sounded like a Sherman tank firing up, lol. After a month, last night that is, our door would go down and come right back up, never could close it, had to undo safety latch and close it, so i called the 24 hr number and they had a technician to come out this morning and check it out. After a quick check he had determined a power outage had reset the force of the closure and opening limits, and he reset it in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes total visit! Shook my hand and told me if i had any more problems just give them a call, very nice guy and very fast great service. A great company, i would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of Garage door service!

The reviews I read beforehand were very positive about working w/ Precision Garage Door and I had the same positive experience when I had them out to fix my door (spring, rollers, electric eye, new opener). It took Joe above 5 hrs. to do all the work, leaving after 9 p.m. I needed to have him come back to make a minor adjustment as 1/2 in. gap between door and opening and that was done quickly and to my satisfaction. In addition, when I contacted them initially by email, I got 3 people who returned my call right away. To me that showed they were very prompt and responsive. I'd definitely recommend them.

What first appealed to me about Precision was their truck's advertisement that a repair of my current unit was a possibility; not just replacing it. I called that morning, they came out by 11:45 and the unit was repaired within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a simple rpm sensor. Jerry was very professional, courteous, and technically adept to ours and other models of the like. He answered all questions effectively and completed all requests completely. We will certainly use Precision Door again and recommend them to our friends.

Needed a new garage door opener. Was referred by home warranty company, but was very thrilled with the excellent customer service and skill of the technician. Joe was fantastic, and made sure to replace our opener with the very best! He was even willing to come out and install on a late Friday evening so that we wouldn't have to go through the weekend without a functioning opener! I give Joe and Precision an A+!
