On Saturday the springs broke on our garage door. It was late when this happened. We had previously saw several commercials about Precision, so I looked them up and found great reviews. I continued with an online chat and asked did they service our area. I provided our address and the nice lady said she could have someone out here tomorrow (Sunday) between 9 &12. I was amazed they could come that quickly. She explained that someone would call me an hour before they arrived. That morning around 8AM Tony called me and said he would be here by 9AM. He arrived and reviewed the situation and gave me a quote of what it would take to fix everything. We agreed and he quickly begin working. Tony was very professional and friendly through his work. He was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was complete. I would no hesitate to use Precision in the future, I would ask them to send Tony back out as he did an excellent job!

Emergency door repair after springs and opener broke at 10:30 pm on Friday night. Arrived Sat morning on time and explained work needed. Replaced door opener and springs. Very pleased with everything. I have used Precision Doors for years at my old house. Great work and very professional.

You MORE than met expectations. Tony came within the time period he advised ... on a Saturday afternoon. I had called another company that advertised as 24/7 repair but was told that it does not include weekends. The lady who took our call at Precision was very nice and helpful. Tony really knows his stuff and was very cheerful and did the work - over and beyond. If it's ok, my wife and I will make your company our "go-to" for future needs.

Was very disappointed that the first technician worked for four hours and was unable to fix the door properly. Later that evening, three more technicians, in three separate vehicles, showed up and worked together to fix the issue.

Called to get a spring replacement installed and they scheduled it quickly. The service tech was on time and quickly replaced the spring without any down time. Would recommend this company for all garage door work, very knowledgeable techs and don't waste time trying to figure out how to fix it, they know.

After 17 years, I had 1 of 3 garage doors that was giving trouble. After I called for service they showed up in about an hour and a half. Upon inspection of the troublesome door, I ask him to inspect the other 2. Yes, the other 2 doors were about to cause problems also. So instead of 1 door I had all 3 doors repaired. They were very knowledgeable in the job and even the trainee got some real good hands on work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for new installations and for any garage door repairs. The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision the next day after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. They could have sent someone out the day I called, I set up a time for a different day. Anthony was at my house by 9am. He reviewed the problem with me and the cost to fix it. He got to work. Within 30 minutes my door was back working better then it had before. Thanks Anthony and Precision.

The technician (Richie) troubleshooted the problem after we explained the problem we were experiencing with our door. He changed out the sensors which resolved the issues. He also took the time to lub the rollers & springs. Job well done.

I called after a lightning strike fried our double garage door motor, and they came same day and completed the replacement. Not just fast service, but also very thorough and reasonably priced. If you’re lucky enough to have Anthony as your service person, you’re in good hands. He was so nice and helpful. Even gave me extra pointers on how to reprogram my car with the remote.
