I was looking for a "wellness check" and maintenance on my garage door as it was sticking a bit. The first thing that Anthony Parson, the service technician found was that the door was out of balance. The next thing he found was a crack in the Spring. The door was in bad need of rollers, cleaning of tracks, lubrication, etc. Anthony showed my everything he was doing and explained every step....Very pleased with his work and his disposition. I will use them again in the future.

We have lived in our home for fifteen years. This broken garage door spring is the third we have experienced. Mr. Parsons replaced all the bearings and redid the door. Anthony showed up on time and did an amazing job. My old opener was so noisy and I thought it was going to fly off the rails and land in the driveway. Anthony checked everything over and recommended a new opener. I wanted the Genie, he didn’t have one on his truck. He made a phone call, meet up with another installer and got the Genie I wanted. Installation was fast and then he answered all my questions and programed my car remote. Very pleasant person.

You were her in August to replace a vertical rail. I wasn;t here but my wife says The service man said it would cost $600 to do the repair. I told her on the phone to tell him no. He came back with a $300 offer which I agreed to. As he was finishing up he asked my wife to come out. She did and he pushed the close button. The cable promptly snapped as I suspect he knew all along. My wife asked how much to fix it, and he said $100. Strange...now we are back to $400. I'm wondering if maybe that $25 cable could be fixed for say..$50, maybe $60, but that $100 dollars rolled of his tounge pretty quick.
