Nick was on time to check our doors. He inspected both doors and could not find any problems. He recommended we consider replacing the motor on both doors. I advised him that we will probably let him replace the motors in the near future. He was very nice and answered all my questions.

He provided us with a detailed cost estimate and offered several repair options. Our new insulated steel doors and openers have added a lot of value and aesthetics to our home. Our home was older and parts were no longer available to fix one of the doors. I was not impressed with the service that I received from Precision and wish that I had gone with another company for my garage door service needs. I had a technician, Nick I believe, come out with another man to replace the spring and the cables on my door. I was quoted one price over the phone and told another, higher price in person. The technician also tried to upsell me a bunch of other things that I did not need. I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I am a young woman, and in the end, the price still did not match up with what I was told over the phone. I felt that this was a shady business practice and did not make me feel confident in this company. Although the work was completed in a satisfactory manner, I would not use this company again.

As promised, the technician called 30-minutes before he was to arrive. In fact, his arrival time was now prior to our scheduled appointment. The tech wasted no time analyzing the problem and had the proper correction installed and completed within 45-minutes. The tech was courteous, professional and listened intently as I explained my problem. If I ever have another problem with my garage door, I will certainly make Precision my first call.

These folks are great! My door had a broken spring and was no longer usable. I made an appointment through Home Advisor app and they called me within an hour of submitting the request. Their tech Nick came out earlier than scheduled (called first) and did a great job and quick. I now have a working garage door again. I will definitely use them in the future for anymore garage door needs!

What a great team of people to work with from the secretary/dispatcher to the technician, immediate response was at my house in an hour, Nick was well groomed, had all the tools and materials with him to do the job right, took pride in his work, showed me where various parts were showing fatigue after 22 years of use and suggested solutions to prevent more problems in the future, very thorough and polite. cleaned up after he was done, took the time to be sure i understood how everything worked, even went over a lubrication schedule with me. great service and great job
