Our technician today was Hunter Bridges. He was prompt, professional and very helpful. He did an amazing job repairing and servicing our garage doors. J.P. (the Tech), was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced my broken door spring and (3) bearings. The price for the spring was about what I was quoted. The price for the (3) bearings was very high and unexpected. $150 each! That is my only reason for not rating 5 stars.

Tony Parson did a great job! He was very knowledgable; respectful, and a hard worker. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done and he completed the job in a timely manner.
