Several years ago, Precision Doors did an excellent job of replacing our garage door springs so I contacted them for help addressing a problem we were having with the door closing consistently. Their service technician diagnosed the problem and recommended a new door opener. He installed it and programmed our car’s Homelink to communicate with the opener. The work was done quickly and he was very professional.

Excellent service was provided by Derek Haynie, who arrived within an hour of my call to the company. The fact that this was an emergency fix, we are so pleased. Your company reached outside our locality to be able to serve us so quickly. We decided to replace several parts to enhance the lifetime of this repair. Thank you!

I booked an appointment this morning for 1:00-3:00pm. The technician Patrick Stockon arrived at 12:45 , 15 minutes early. He assessed the situation and explained what my door needed . He was very polite and friendly and answered my questions. Once the repairs were started I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He rebuilt my door and installed a new opener in less than two hours inside a garage that was at least 100 degrees. If you have any garage door issues I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Have had your company out couple of times. Always very helpful & professional, problem was very simple kinda silly. Your man did not treat it as such. Very nice @ professional. If all your people are the same then you have a great company. The young lady I talked to when I called was also very professional & very nice & helpful. Thank You!!!

J.P. (the Tech), was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced my broken door spring and (3) bearings. The price for the spring was about what I was quoted. The price for the (3) bearings was very high and unexpected. $150 each! That is my only reason for not rating 5 stars.

Very quick response and even same day service. Just needed a garage door tune up. Scott of Precision was very respectful and professional. He got the job done in a timely way and answered my questions. He also inquired if he could check another garage door on opposite side of house to be sure it was in good working order. Thanks for your honest work!
