Precision Door Service surprisingly came same day I called and knew exactly the problem and door was fixed within 30 minutes and really fixed. The technician (Anthony w/amazing beard) was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable and I very much appreciated his courtesy. Will only use Precision Door in the future when needed.

Great service from Aaron! He had me fixed up in about 15 minutes. I really like the ability to schedule a service call until 8:00 PM at night. It took about 5 minutes to schedule a service call!

Our garage door opener was undersized for the width and weight of the door (blame for this goes to the builder for trying to save a few bucks), thus causing it to creak and grind loudly. Additionally, the springs were undersized, which created a safety hazard, as the door could have slammed shut if the springs had broken. Precision Doors came out and replaced the springs and opener, and serviced the existing parts of the door that could be saved. Their personnel were very professional and efficient, and we feel so much safer having a properly sized opener system in our garage. If you are in need of a garage door installation or repair, I highly recommend that you call Precision Door.

My garage door is over 20 years old. The spring broke. I called Precision door service and of course they couldn't give me a price over the phone. When the service man arrived he told me what it would cost and I couldn't believe it then or today. They replaced the spring and the rollers with the cables. It took no more than 15 minutes. For a spring, labor and two small rollers they charged me over $600.00. I don't know how this company can steel money from seniors like this. This price is unjustifiable. Will never contact this company ever again. I worked on and built buildings all over Chattanooga Tn from Sequa in the 70's to Findley Stadium so I know something about skill and cost. I was a brick mason and I earned my money but today it seems that people think they deserve the money for little service.

I call Pecision because I had used you before at another property. Your worker was very polite and went over what my problem was. He went in detain about he did to do to get it working again. I was surprised in the increase in price since I used you before. He did explain that I would receive a 5yr. Wanty I have not receibed that warnty.

Precision Door Service is great to get right out and on the job! I had used Northgate Doors for years and years. I can't get them to come out anymore! It's always at least a week and maybe two. I am pleased with Precision's pricing as well! I highly recommend them to do garage door work!! I have used Precision Door Service more than once! They are my "go to" for anything garage door related!!

Tony, the installer did a very good job. He was very professional. Explained in detail the work he was doing, and gave us an estimate of the cost . Fortunately, he was able to complete the job on his first visit. He also programmed my car remote at no charge. I would highly reccommend him to all my friends.
