I was having trouble closing my garage door and it turned out to be a very simple fix. It took Matt about one minute to figure out that one of my storage shelves had slide over and was partially blocking the sensor. He was quick, efficient and very kind. Will always use them.

We had a problem with the limit switch on our garage door opener. We called late in the afternoon and were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived promptly, even a little bit ahead of appointment and was very professional. Our problem was fixed and we are very pleased. I called late in afternoon and made appointment for the next day. The tech on arrival did a complete inspection on the door and advised me of needed repairs. On my approval work was started. The tech had everything he needed on his truck. Repairs were made and tech was paid agreed price without any problems. This is someone I believe does a great job.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate this company and service. From the time that I made the call to schedule a repair for my garage door ( the lady that I spoke to was very courteous and helpful ) to the service tech ( Tony Parson ) service, I am extremely pleased. The main spring broke on the garage door making it not operatable. Tony arrived even before the arrival time window and had all the parts necessary to replace the broken spring. Also, he made me aware of some other items that were showing wear that should be replaced. All moving parts were inspected and corrected where necessary. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in the Chattanooga area. Point of interest.....the previous company that installed the door when the home was new 6 years ago, and I used for maintenance during my ownership of 2 years, did not notice the issues that Tony did. He was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service !!!

The garage spring broke on Friday afternoon. Precision actually works the weekend which other repair companies I contacted were closed. So wanting to get the job done, I had Precision come out. I was very pleased with the service and the repairman. Good job!

Scott came out and saved my whole life. I booked online right before 4:00pm, was told someone would be out before 6:00 the same day. Scott was at my house and working through my garage door issues within 30 minutes. He was so professional, so nice, and so thorough. I was able to get someone to my house the day after my call. Tony reviewed my system and let me know it was shot (over 15 years old), and installed a new one within 3 hours. For me: no muss, no fuss -- and I even got a $20 discount. Call me 'Satisfied'!

Technician came out on time mostly, just slightly late but I live out in the country so I understood how that could happen. Garage door opener functioned but the remote feature had quit working. Technician did not even look at my current opener to diagnose the problem and only suggested a complete replacement. I was only given one option. An Aladdin opener (that I found for $200-$230 online if I were to buy it) and total cost would be $900 installed! That is an extreme rip off. I bought a Chamberlain opener for $179.00, installed it myself even though I have never done anything like that before, and it took me about two hours. Saved over $700.00. I have used this company in the past and felt they were honest and fair, but this time I did not get that feeling at all.
