Graham Bickerson repaired my garage door on May 15, 2023. He was here 45 minutes after I called; he quickly found the problem of my garage door not closing. Excellent customer service from the time I placed a service called late afternoon tech arrived within 1 1/2 hours. Tech was very friendly and had all parts on his truck to fix our door. Will definitely use them again and would recommend giving them a call when you need service.

Excellent and quick service... I called around noon on 5/10/2023 and received call from technician, Anthony Storino. He was at my home in about an hour... explained parts I needed and completed installation that same day. Needed new opener and spring. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

Tony, the installer did a very good job. He was very professional. Explained in detail the work he was doing, and gave us an estimate of the cost . Fortunately, he was able to complete the job on his first visit. He also programmed my car remote at no charge. I would highly reccommend him to all my friends.

Our garage door opener was undersized for the width and weight of the door (blame for this goes to the builder for trying to save a few bucks), thus causing it to creak and grind loudly. Additionally, the springs were undersized, which created a safety hazard, as the door could have slammed shut if the springs had broken. Precision Doors came out and replaced the springs and opener, and serviced the existing parts of the door that could be saved. Their personnel were very professional and efficient, and we feel so much safer having a properly sized opener system in our garage. If you are in need of a garage door installation or repair, I highly recommend that you call Precision Door.

My garage door is over 20 years old. The spring broke. I called Precision door service and of course they couldn't give me a price over the phone. When the service man arrived he told me what it would cost and I couldn't believe it then or today. They replaced the spring and the rollers with the cables. It took no more than 15 minutes. For a spring, labor and two small rollers they charged me over $600.00. I don't know how this company can steel money from seniors like this. This price is unjustifiable. Will never contact this company ever again. I worked on and built buildings all over Chattanooga Tn from Sequa in the 70's to Findley Stadium so I know something about skill and cost. I was a brick mason and I earned my money but today it seems that people think they deserve the money for little service.
