I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door repairs. I had a torsion spring break on my garage door, called Precision around 5:00 PM on a Friday and they had a technician at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Tony the technician explained to me there were way more issues than just a broken spring on the 50 year old wooden garage door. He replaced all the worn out parts and the door works great now!

The young gentleman who came to my house- I think his name is Tyson- was extremely courteous and fixed my garage door immediately. But without even trying he sold me on buying a new garage door. You need all your technicians to be like him!

Precision Door Service came "same day service" as advertised. I used them several years ago for a auto garage door repair, in a different location and was just as satisfied then as I was today. Aaron Smith was my tech and he was friendly and professional and found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Quick success, garage door working properly, and I was only charged for a service call. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

I am so appreciative of my technician that fixed my garage door. He came the same day I called. He was very courteous and explained everything to me. At first he thought it might be the motor but kept looking and found that the wiring was chewed on by a harry varmit. He fixed that but it still did not work. Then he found that the wiring was backwards and when he fixed that the door worked perfectly. I am so glad that he took the time to figure out what was wrong.

My realtor recommended Precision. Within an hour of my phone call, AAron was at my door. At the most I was hoping he could close it for me because it was stuck open. I was sure, I would need a brand new door along with corresponding hardware. No, within ten minutes, Aaron had worked up a quote and said he could repair the door right then. Needless to say, IT'S FIXED! Many thanks, Aaron for your hard work and thank you to Precision for your outstanding customer service, Sierra was my first contact with Precision and she was fabulous. Not only that, I've been promised a five year warranty on the repairs. It doesn't get any better than that!

On Saturday the springs broke on our garage door. It was late when this happened. We had previously saw several commercials about Precision, so I looked them up and found great reviews. I continued with an online chat and asked did they service our area. I provided our address and the nice lady said she could have someone out here tomorrow (Sunday) between 9 &12. I was amazed they could come that quickly. She explained that someone would call me an hour before they arrived. That morning around 8AM Tony called me and said he would be here by 9AM. He arrived and reviewed the situation and gave me a quote of what it would take to fix everything. We agreed and he quickly begin working. Tony was very professional and friendly through his work. He was very efficient and cleaned everything up when he was complete. I would no hesitate to use Precision in the future, I would ask them to send Tony back out as he did an excellent job!

Not happy. I was quoted over the phone at $498 for the operator, $245 for spring system and $85 if I needed new cables for a total materials, labor and tax of $828. The first time the serviceman showed up he didn't have the correct operator on his truck, only the more expensive one. He left without doing anything. The second time the serviceman showed up he said the cost would be over $1,200 because a "conversion" would be required. Seems like a bait and switch type of operation. Phone quote seemed to cover it all for $828. Then the service man only has the more expensive operator on the truck for an up charge; plus while on site there is no mention of added charges for "conversion". I let the serviceman go on his way without touching the door. I have 23 overhead doors in my business and residential properties and Precision Door will not be considered for anything again.
