I have always used Precision for my garage door needs. My garage door would not close this morning. I called them about noon, and they had a service repair man out here by 2:45. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem. I also had him install a new motor on my other garage door. The repairman was Tony. He did a wonderful job. He was very professional. The price was reasonable.

I am not happy with the service I received on friday. I thought the tec was more of sales person than a tec to repair my problem? When I returned home , I was looking for the 2 springs he replaced and did not see them. There was nothing wrong with the springs and he advised those springs were wrong but not defective, so I would appreciate returning them as may need in the future? Next I had a 15% coupon and the tec said he could not apply and told me to call the office and ask for Scott or Thomas which I did do and the lady(Haley) who answered the phone after being on hold for about 15 min and by the way the same today, took my name and number and I have not heard back and I called again today and got told someone would return my call asap. Guys I do not have time to chase people . I need someone to call so we can adjust my bill as I think I was sold something I may not have needed? If you have a not satisfied customer, need someone to call? Thanks Larry

Anthony did a great and professional job repairing my garage door. He explained in detail all parts and the necessary reason for them. He did not try to push parts or service that was not needed. He called and requested to come a little sooner than set time which was great. I would recommend Anthony and Precision Door to other customers.

I am beyond delighted with the service. I put up with a garage door that didn’t work for too long. Finally called Precision based on reviews. An excellent repair gut named Dillon came that evening, and completely fixed my horrible old door, and now instead of horrible screeching and stopping at one foot up, it is almost silent. He replaced springs, rollers, opener, and installed a keypad on the same day! I didn’t even have to miss work. Go ahead and call them!!!

Called because of the "same day service" ad on New Year's Eve around 2pm, knowing that it would be a couple of days before I could get service for a garage door that "wouldn't open, even manually". Boy, was I surprised by the quick response (at my house within 1 hour) and the fast and quick work (replacement of springs, bearings and rollers) done all within one hour. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

Same day response! Our technician Ben was professional and courteous. He called ahead and apologized for running late and told us exactly when he would be getting to our home. Our garage tension spring was broken. He told us of the cost to fix it, but based on the age of the door and his inspection he recommended an overhaul...which turned out to be the best deal with a limlted life time warranty. We now have in essence a brand new door that is both quiet and safe. We are very pleased!

Tech came out in reasonable time. Technically tech did not know what he was doing. Started hammering all over the door made door fall and bent door hinges. Tech said sorry then left door bent and have hanging. I would not recommend them to anyone. Will destroy and then tell you a lot of parts need replace.

I called around noon to see if someone could come give an estimate on new garage doors and an opener. Ben was here by 1:00 and was finished with the whole process in about 15 minutes. He was very informative, answered my questions about our particular situation and offered suggestions I hadn’t considered. Our doors should be here in 2-4 weeks so I’m looking forward to their installation. Very prompt and courteous.
