When I arrived home from work Friday evening I realized the main spring on my garage door had broken. Not the best way to end the week and felt it would be at least a week to get it repaired. Saturday morning I saw a commercial for Precision Door and called at 9:00am. By 9:30 Tyson was at my home and he made all the required repairs by 10:30. Tyson was very courteous and efficient and explained the issues and my options. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any Garage Door needs.

Why do things always break on the weekend? I couldn’t even get me car out. It was awesome to have Dylan come to repair my garage door the same day I called (Saturday). He was professional, offered several options and did the repair quickly.

I called after a lightning strike fried our double garage door motor, and they came same day and completed the replacement. Not just fast service, but also very thorough and reasonably priced. I'm giving a two and not a one because you were punctual. I can't believe the estimate I received from your employees. They we there 2-3 minutes and said I needed a complete rebuild. I'd like you to come to my house and have a look yourself. I went on you tube after the left watched a half dozen how to videos fixed it myself for free.

The young man Dillon was very courteous and polite. It was late in the afternoon when he arrived to give me an estimate on my garage doors. We had new springs and rollers installed one week ago (on a less than three year old garage door) because of terrible noises upon opening and closing. Now we have a whole new set of noises. Scheduling another service call to see of the issue can be resolved...will keep you posted.

Precision door head someone here to replace the torsion springs on my door within a couple of hours. The man who worked on the door was very nice man. He got out of the truck with a big smile on his face and was in a good mood the whole time even though he was doing a tough job and working around the car that was stuck in the garage.
