Precision was punctual and very polite. My door was fixed and works great. Rep could have tried to sell me an extensive repair. But charged me for only the work he needed to do to repair my door. I will definitely use Precision again

Robert was the technician who repaired my garage door. He was very professional and knowledgable and explained the repair in detail. I called them on a Saturday and they came out on Monday. The repair cost was reasonable with a 5 year warranty. Thanks!

I first saw your advertisement in The Mint Magazine, so when the problem occurred with my garage door I called my daughter-in-law to see if she knew anyone who owned or worked for a garage door repair company, she said a friend of hers had some problems, she called her and guess what, it was your company that repaired it she gave your company a good reference. I could not be more pleased with the two young men who came to my house and fixed mine, Robert explained everything in detail and always asked if I had any questions.

I was excited to find a company that was available 24/7 and offered evening appointments with no increased service fee. I called and just over two hours later they were at my house installing springs, cables all new hardware on both garage doors. The service men were professional and very personable. They explained the importance of the working parts of the garage door and gave us options on the repair. I would definitely recommend these guys for garage door service!

Drove into my garage and the spring on the garage door popped. I called Precision and they were able to send a technician right away. He was very professional. I had seen a ad on TV for Precision, so I thought I would give them a try. Robert arrived on time, actually 2 minutes early, and got our new opener installed and working in no time. I found out the opener was dead at 9:10 am and Precision had the job assessed, installed and finished by 12 noon. Wish everyone was this service oriented.
