Our 2005 garage door opener finally bit the dust so we called Precision to come install a new one. Nick came and was very thorough and got everything set up and working. This is the 2nd time we have used Precision and have received great service both times.

When I knew I was in need of a Door for my Garage I did research and found Your Company had a very good ,very positive comments on line. As a result (I am 83 and wife 79) We elected to go with PRECISION. We Were Given a Great price on the Door and the installation was right on schedule . I must comment on the Staff having been in business for many years 'I WAS VERY IMPRESSED with the Workmen and the skills both on installation, but also kind, friendly, courteous attitude shown. I would give them all a "5" Plus! All ready recommended them to my neighbor who need s new Doors.

I was not impressed with the service that I received from Precision and wish that I had gone with another company for my garage door service needs. I had a technician, Nick I believe, come out with another man to replace the spring and the cables on my door. I was quoted one price over the phone and told another, higher price in person. The technician also tried to upsell me a bunch of other things that I did not need. I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I am a young woman, and in the end, the price still did not match up with what I was told over the phone. I felt that this was a shady business practice and did not make me feel confident in this company. Although the work was completed in a satisfactory manner, I would not use this company again.

My name is Betty, I have had trouble with my ex-husband bothering me and saying things like he was going to hurt me or worse, he knew how to open my garage door and I wanted to get the code changed, but I didn't have a lot of money, I looked on the internet and Precision Door Service stood out, so I called them out to change the code, and I ask them about locks on the door, and they told me about them and they was just what I needed but I really could not afford them right now, but I told the guy to put them on and I would pay him, he noticed other problems with the door, I told him that I could not afford anything else right now, if my ex-husband got in I would just have to take my changes with him, but I knew he would hurt me in some way, he left and made a phone call then he came back to me and told he had called the owner of Precision Doors and the owner was his son (Chuch) and he had told him to put the things on the door, and not to charge me anything, I told him that I needed to pay him at least something, he said no that they wanted to help to keep me safe and a live, I ask if there was anything I could do to repay them in some way help them with someone down the road. I want to thank Chuck in person or phone call I am going to try and get in touch with and let him know how much I appiritate his decision to help me and I think Jesus every day for what I have and for looking over me and helping me, Precision Doors cares about People and there Business. that is the kind of Company that I would do Business with any day of the week, You don't find Company like this very often but when you do you need to support them anyway you can. I am just a 68 year old waman that was married for 46 years that got a divorce, and theses nice people helped me out. they are real Christians. Thank you Betty

As promised, the technician called 30-minutes before he was to arrive. In fact, his arrival time was now prior to our scheduled appointment. The tech wasted no time analyzing the problem and had the proper correction installed and completed within 45-minutes. The tech was courteous, professional and listened intently as I explained my problem. If I ever have another problem with my garage door, I will certainly make Precision my first call.

I chose Precision after googling several companies as they had the best reviews!! At first I was just going to get a quote but after the tech arrived exactly as promised and we talked about different options, I realized I probably would be wasting my time getting other quotes. Robert was ready to repair my garage door by replacing worn out springs at that moment but realized he did not have all the necessary parts. He set me up for a couple days later, and again arrived right on time!!! I LOVE punctuality as my time is important too!! Robert was extremely professional and was a pleasure to keep conversation with. He did not seem to mind that I stood there and asked a million questions or just talked in general!! His customer service attitude was stupendous!! The repair was done in about 1.5 hours and Robert was able and willing to work around the car I could not move due to it being out of commission!! He was very cautious about working around it. If ever anyone needs garage repair, I would definitely recommend this company!! And if I decide on new garage doors, I won't hesitate to call them for that.

I chose to have the current and possible problems fixed, and was pleased with the work and am pleased with the product!

These folks are great! My door had a broken spring and was no longer usable. I made an appointment through Home Advisor app and they called me within an hour of submitting the request. Their tech Nick came out earlier than scheduled (called first) and did a great job and quick. I now have a working garage door again. I will definitely use them in the future for anymore garage door needs!

What a great team of people to work with from the secretary/dispatcher to the technician, immediate response was at my house in an hour, Nick was well groomed, had all the tools and materials with him to do the job right, took pride in his work, showed me where various parts were showing fatigue after 22 years of use and suggested solutions to prevent more problems in the future, very thorough and polite. cleaned up after he was done, took the time to be sure i understood how everything worked, even went over a lubrication schedule with me. great service and great job
