Had been having problems with doors opening and closing -- sometimes would work and other times wouldn't. Joe checked everything and made his recommendation: either order a new circuit board or replace and update. After showing pricing, it was a slam dunk. Joe installed a new opener with key pad and new remotes. Everything is now updated with a lifetime warranty. He explained everything and how it worked in detail. He was so cordial and didn't try to push anything. If we have problems with our door again, Precision Door will get the first call. Couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome. The Technician Named Jerry came promptly and was more knowledgeable, and efficient than any Garage door Mechanic I have encountered. I was very pleased with the work, and the price. Jerry called and came to the house. Very nice person and definitely knows what he is doing. I had purchased a side by side UTV and after I got it home it was too tall for my toy garage. Jerry assessed the problem on the spot, told me what I needed so I ordered it!! New door with higher tracks and a door opener! Oh and by the way as he was leaving I had him to check our main double car garage door. After inspecting it, Jerry showed me some serious safety flaws and recommended changing it out with new door and the door opener! I give Jerry 5 stars plus 1!!

I could not believe how quickly our technician arrived at our house after I made the initial service request. He completed the repairs less than three hours after we called. The garage door now operates quieter than it did when it was new. SIX STARS!!!!!!!

My sister-in-law had recommended Precision highly, so I called and was hoping for the best. Jerry was early, which was fine with me. He repaired one of my doors and serviced the other. The new rollers make the doors so much quieter.They are running like new. I will never call a different company again!
