In April 2018 a spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision and a service tech was here the next morning. He replace both springs, cables, pulleys and carriage wheels. Very professional and thorough. This was not cheap but our door had all original parts and was 20 years old. This week the door began to fail to go all the way up. I called Precision again and they arrived as scheduled and made a quick adjustment to one spring. This repair fell under the one year warranty so there was no charge. I am very pleased with this companies response and the professional techs.

By 11:00, he had completely finished the total rebuild of the springs and Cabling system. Great job. This is the second property that Precision has repaired for me. I was very disappointed in the service I got. First the window for my service was 3-6. I sat until about 10 until 6 and never heard from anyone! I called and was told they were just leaving Georgia and was in there way. After they got here I was told I had to move the things in my garage even more. They begin to help but broke several things in the garage. It was left for me to clean up. Then at about 9 another guy showed up. I ask if he had come to help. He told me that he came to help one of the guys because the other guy got mad and went and sat in the truck the rest of the time here. They didn’t get finished until 9:30. Every plan I had I had to cancel because they were here so long! Then I was told they brought a wrong part and would have to come back with the right part another day. I took off work to have the garage down put on. Now I would have to find another day for them to return. They emailed me once and gave me a time but I was in school. I’ve not heard from them again! So I’m not sure if they came at put the part on or it still isn’t done. It was the outside trim. I have used your service 3 times and I feel that 2 of the tree times I was disappointed. The time before a piece broke on the garage and someone came out to fix it. Just a few months later it broke again. I think I should have been refunded for that part or a credit on the last service. Honestly I don’t feel that I will use your company again. The guy that came to help at the end did apologize but again I wasted a whole night waiting on something that shouldn’t have taken that long. We have had wonderful service from Robert on the two occasions we have had to use you! The first was a spring repair and he had it fixed quick!! A week later He came back out for a sensor that had been knocked loose (on our error). He was very informative and showed me what to do if that happened again. He did not charge us another fee. Great customer service and we will use you again in the future!!

Ben came to my house promptly the same day I called Precision. This young man is very professional, hardworking and a wonderful and kind person. He did a great job and fixed my garage door. When i showed him the garage door he immediately knew what was going on and made suggestions about fixing and improving it. And he did the work in less than an hour. The technician, Robert was very courteous and professional. He called to advise when he would arrive and upon arrival listened intently to ensure he understood the issue before hand. He was even able to provide a helpful suggestion to an issue unrelated to the door. He fixed the door and even offered to reprogram all of the remotes. It is good to know this type of customer service still exists.
