I was very disappointed in the service I got. First the window for my service was 3-6. I sat until about 10 until 6 and never heard from anyone! I called and was told they were just leaving Georgia and was in there way. After they got here I was told I had to move the things in my garage even more. They begin to help but broke several things in the garage. It was left for me to clean up. Then at about 9 another guy showed up. I ask if he had come to help. He told me that he came to help one of the guys because the other guy got mad and went and sat in the truck the rest of the time here. They didn’t get finished until 9:30. Every plan I had I had to cancel because they were here so long! Then I was told they brought a wrong part and would have to come back with the right part another day. I took off work to have the garage down put on. Now I would have to find another day for them to return. They emailed me once and gave me a time but I was in school. I’ve not heard from them again! So I’m not sure if they came at put the part on or it still isn’t done. It was the outside trim. I have used your service 3 times and I feel that 2 of the tree times I was disappointed. The time before a piece broke on the garage and someone came out to fix it. Just a few months later it broke again. I think I should have been refunded for that part or a credit on the last service. Honestly I don’t feel that I will use your company again. The guy that came to help at the end did apologize but again I wasted a whole night waiting on something that shouldn’t have taken that long. We have had wonderful service from Robert on the two occasions we have had to use you! The first was a spring repair and he had it fixed quick!! A week later He came back out for a sensor that had been knocked loose (on our error). He was very informative and showed me what to do if that happened again. He did not charge us another fee. Great customer service and we will use you again in the future!!

I called and got same day service with an appointment between 6 and 8 PM. Joe arrived on time, was very knowledgable and professional. He fixed the door very quickly and left the area exactly as it was when he came. I very rarely every give anyone 5 stars but it is well deserved.

Ben came to my house promptly the same day I called Precision. This young man is very professional, hardworking and a wonderful and kind person. He did a great job and fixed my garage door. The technician, Robert was very courteous and professional. He called to advise when he would arrive and upon arrival listened intently to ensure he understood the issue before hand. He was even able to provide a helpful suggestion to an issue unrelated to the door. He fixed the door and even offered to reprogram all of the remotes. It is good to know this type of customer service still exists.

When our garage door would not close on Friday night, we feared the worst, that is, no service until Tuesday following Labor Day. Searching the web, I was attracted by the 24/7 phone service & open until 9;00 pm. I called & was happy to have a service date set for Saturday morning. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem & installed a new door opener in 2 hours. We are very happy with the service and our smooth-operating garage door. I recommend Precision Door to anyone who has a problem with your garage door.

The service advisor called to ask what the problem and offered to help so as not to charge me for coming out if he can tell me how to fix. I told him that the transmitter is not working, gave him the Model number. I also told him that the garage door is otherwise working but not the remotes. He came and outright said the opener is 100 years old very mockingly( It is 30 yrs old) and that u cannot find that transmitter. He left.I went on google and put the transmitter model number and it is available every where- Amazon, Walmart, and many other garage door places for less than $30. He said you will have to replace ur garage door and I will give you a special for $450. What a deal.NEVER AGAIN TO CALL THESE PEOPLE. THE TECNHICIN HAD NO CLUE HOW TO FIX EXCEPT SELLING A NEW OPENER.
