I booked an appointment this morning for 1:00-3:00pm. The technician Patrick Stockon arrived at 12:45 , 15 minutes early. He assessed the situation and explained what my door needed . He was very polite and friendly and answered my questions. Once the repairs were started I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He rebuilt my door and installed a new opener in less than two hours inside a garage that was at least 100 degrees. If you have any garage door issues I highly recommend Precision Door Service. These guys are the best.

J.P. (the Tech), was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced my broken door spring and (3) bearings. The price for the spring was about what I was quoted. The price for the (3) bearings was very high and unexpected. $150 each! That is my only reason for not rating 5 stars.
