The service tech service was good. We made the mistake of not getting a second opinion, so we have no idea if the bill was high or low-$3,000. However, he had all of the part on his truck and finished in good time. He did leave marks on the garage floor that were difficult to remove. He accepted that he had made the marks but made no effort to help clean them. Honestly, not sure how to rate the service.

What really stood out was the quality of the work—the garage door now runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. It honestly feels like it’s brand new again. The technician took the time to explain what was wrong and how it was fixed, which I really appreciated.

Our door opener quit working, called Precision and an appointment was set up immediately for the next day. Doug called the next day with the time. While it could be repaired we already decided to replace everything. We thought we'd be getting just an estimate that day. To our surprise Doug had everything stocked in his van and did the replacement of opener, chain and spring assembly. This is the way a company and their employees should be run, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable & prepared for their customers need. We were more than overly impressed how a company goes over and beyond

Extremely easy to schedule. The tech Anthony arrived promptly the following day. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Hebmentioned that if we had not addressed this as soon as we did, the problem would have been bigger and it would have damaged the whole garage door. I have used your company before and will continue to use them again and recommend to others. Job well done!

Young man was courteous and professional. I have used Precision before plus I hear their adds on a local Knoxville radio station. The repair (16 rollers on two doors) did seem a bit excessive at $612.00 but the doors seem to be working better.

We had a torsion spring break on Monday afternoon, I immediately called Precision Door and had an appointment for the next morning. Scott came out and assessed the doors moving parts and recommended a full upgrade because of the age of the door. Scott gave us several options on the repair and was not being pushy or rude. We went with full upgrade and Scott said he would have the work done in about an hour and a half. Less than an hour later he was done plus he lubricated two other doors for me. Scott was kind, courteous, understanding of our situation and a delight to be around. I appreciated the email with Scott’s picture with the arrival time, the phone call, and text messages confirming everything was being handled appropriately. Top notch service ! I will never use any other but Precision Door Services. Thanks again. Steve S Jasper TN
