We had a torsion spring break on Monday afternoon, I immediately called Precision Door and had an appointment for the next morning. Scott came out and assessed the doors moving parts and recommended a full upgrade because of the age of the door. Scott gave us several options on the repair and was not being pushy or rude. We went with full upgrade and Scott said he would have the work done in about an hour and a half. Less than an hour later he was done plus he lubricated two other doors for me. Scott was kind, courteous, understanding of our situation and a delight to be around. I appreciated the email with Scott’s picture with the arrival time, the phone call, and text messages confirming everything was being handled appropriately. Top notch service ! Check for cost we agreed on price, Very Reasonable. Patrick removed and replaced Springs,cables,bracelets rollers,adjusted tracks and motor. Works Like New!!! Thank you Patrick Well Done!!!

Both my experiences with Precision have been excellent and beyond expectations. Scheduling is easy and appointments are made at my convenience and as soon as the same day and rates were very reasonable especially considering the level of service. For this appointment, the technician, Tom, called when on his way and updated me when running only slightly behind. He was so courteous and had a great sense of humor about my situation in general and all of my many questions and was even kind to my little dog. The service was done quickly, and he let me know exactly what the issue was and how to best avoid problems in the future. I will definitely continue to request services from Precision and expect that when I need my next garage door and/or door opener, I will purchase from Precision. Thomas Wright the Technician placed a call to myself to let me know that he would arrive in approximately 35 minutes. He was right on time per his conveyance of his arrival. He introduced himself and went to work immediately and fixed the problem and also gave the door and parts a look over and made future potential problem solving suggestions. Quoted $250-350 on phone. Tried to upsale to $1600. Said bearings were bad, I checked old ones once off and seemed fine. Paid $1000. Had to have 2 springs (not even sure if that was true).
