Today, I had a great experience with Robert. He greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with all my questions. He explained all the steps he was going to do. Next, he was more than happy to talk with my husband over the phone to make sure everyone was on same page before any action was taken. Finally, he repaired my door and showed And what he’d done. I am very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I was shown. I’ll definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We are extremely pleased with the door. It has been well worth the month of not being able to use the old door. The color is a perfect match! The installers were excellent, friendly and competent.

I called for repair on garage opener. Used Precision because I bought openers from them several years ago and remembered how fast they put them in and how nice they were. I rate them #5 for great friendly service.

I called on Saturday morning for an appointment to fix my door opener. Joe from Precision Door was at my house and had it fixed by 6:00 pm same day. Another garage company I tried failed to show up on two occasions and didn't even bother to call me back and explain why they didn't show. Very pleased with Precision Door Co. MIKE O.

Honest, professional yet personable. Patrick performed a complete new installation/replacement of everything except the door. Very professional, explained everything he was doing and most importantly, he showed me each of the issues as he found them and explained the degree of failure. Highly recommend both Precision and Patrick.

We were completely satisfied with Precision's garage door repair. We had to have new remotes, springs, and rollers- Robert was GREAT - very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us some great tips. We called on Memorial Day and they still provided same day service (at no extra charge), came at the time they said they would, and did a great job. Hard to imagine better service.

Overall good experience with making the appointment and the priority Conner placed on communicating his response time from another job. He displayed a professional interest and understanding of my individual needs and addressed the concerns in a very timely and efficient manner. Conner represented Precision Door very well and is evidence of the investment your company makes in having good people on staff. Precision Door remains my "go to" company for all garage door issues.

Excellent work! Showed up on the early side of the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently. Did not leave a mess behind. I was a little surprised by the cost to overhaul the door BUT was very impressed with how it worked afterwards. As an attestation to the honesty of our serviceman, Jerry, he said that our other garage door was working fine and did NOT need repair. Would highly recommend them.

after purchasing our home, I chose Precision initially from a website search. I was impressed by the prompt scheduling of that service, and by the professionalism and expertise of the Precision technician. So, I have continued to choose Precision exclusively for a garage door opener replacement, spring replacement, and for annual service. Without exception, the responsiveness, expertise and professionalism have been stellar. The Precision team has met all of our expectations.
