My garage door opener was 'stuck'. I called yesterday and Precision was there today! He knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he heard the noise. The repair was fast and I felt the price was fair. Definitely would recommend Precision Door!

The salesman & installation guys were very professional. They were actually able to come earlier than our appointment was scheduled, so they were able to finish the job earlier than expected. They took the old garage door & helped me move my stuff back into place. Price was very reasonable & actually cheaper than other companies. I highly recommend this company.

Jerry came today to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was my first quote. When he saw the bind my garage door was in he said I'm not leaving that door like that it's way too dangerous for your husband to work on. It had come down on my car for some strange reason. Jerry was amazing!!! In 15 minutes he got it out of the bind so now its not an accident waiting to happen. I really appreciate him very much. His concern was our safety. He was very informative about new door and very professional unlike the other two companies that showed up later in the day. Thanks so much for having quality people on your staff. This quality is rare now a days.

This is how business is supposed to be done!!! From the people on the phone to the Tech who performed the repairs, excellent service!! The person on the phone listened to me attentively and answered all my questions. I called around 11 am and the repair was scheduled the same day. The Technician explained the items in need of repair and gave recommendations without the sales pitch!!! The repairs were made very quickly and with quality. The payment process was done on the spot with a debit cared, very convenient!! The Tech then explained my garage door system, how it worked and some more recommendations. There is no doubt that we will be calling Precision for our garage door needs in the future!!!

The decision to use your business was based on everything that was mentioned in your ad and the fact that I had no confidence in previous repairs done to our garage door. I was especially happy with the quick turnaround from the time I placed the service call. Jerry was the technician and he was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely Incredible Service!!! First of all, the scheduling dispatcher was prepared to have someone come out same day. Our schedule wouldn't allow for that but we did schedule a tech (Jerry) to come two days later. I had tried to tackle this on my own, but my knowledge of how much torsion spring was appropriate for my garage door. Jerry had all that in his head. He sized up the door, evaluated the parts I had already purchased and pointed out how my purchased parts were not to be relied upon (foreign manufacture). Jerry was incredibly fast and still had time to educate me about the physics of door operation. He also revealed how the pulleys and cables weren't long for this world. I'm not a "push-over" when it comes selling needless parts. Jerry had all the right answers and the best attitude toward doing right by us. The peace of mind of knowing our home is protected and the work is guaranteed by such professional workmanship, is "currency" not easily redeemed in other marketplaces. Kudos!!! Your services are highly recommended from this satisfied customer.

I called one day and Joe was at my house the very next day. He was very nice and knowledgeable about everything I needed. He installed two new garage door openers and also provided remote openers for other garage doors at another location. This was all done in a very timely manner and professional. Precision Garage Doors came to the house for a warranty call for First American Home Buyers Protection Plan, (Home Warranty). Jerry did try to repair the unit, determined it was not repairable, and replaced it, on the spot. Thank you guys very much.
