Very happy with the work quality and the whole experience. The information on the website was very helpful. Really liked knowing who the representative would be and the picture insured our comfort level when he arrived. Our service person was a craftsman and very thorough. The job required more than just cables and even though it was bigger than expected, late to insure we had an operational door. Over the top customer service!

Joe was the technician that serviced our garage door yesterday May 8th. He was on time (when I wasn't:) and polite, knowledgeable about what the problem was and gave me the 3 options, but it was obvious that I had to take door #3, which was the highest price. Wasn't happy about the price, but it had to be done. It's working better than it ever had in the 5 years that we've lived here. Thanks again for sending someone out so quickly. I requested a heads up call before the tech arrived. The tech did just that so I could be home to meet him. Jerry was the tech that gave me the evaluation. He was on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. Emailed me the quote for us to review. He was very professional.

I choose Precision from the ad in the yellow pages - liked that it was a family owned business. I was pleased with the friendliness of the office staff when I called with the problem on an old garage door. Appreciated the email I received confirming the appointment (same day service) and the info on the technician coming to the house. Jerry was most pleasant and very professional in explaining the problem and giving me options as to how to handle it. At this time I am not sure what avenue I will take, but I will certainly call Precision again and will highly recommend them to friends.

Garage door repair: called in morning to place service call, technician out same afternoon. Appt. Was made for 2-4 pm, he actually arrived shortly after one. Problem was immediately identified and parts replaced. The technician, Jerry, was polite, courteous & very knowledgeable. Precision is very dependable and the only company we use for our garage door needs.
