Calhoun, GA 02/28/2018

Had been having problems with doors opening and closing -- sometimes would work and other times wouldn't. Joe checked everything and made his recommendation: either order a new circuit board or replace and update. After showing pricing, it was a slam dunk. Joe installed a new opener with key pad and new remotes. Everything is now updated with a lifetime warranty. He explained everything and how it worked in detail. He was so cordial and didn't try to push anything. If we have problems with our door again, Precision Door will get the first call. Couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome. Thank you, Joe.

Ringgold, GA 01/09/2018

Jerry called and came to the house. Very nice person and definitely knows what he is doing. I had purchased a side by side UTV and after I got it home it was too tall for my toy garage. Jerry assessed the problem on the spot, told me what I needed so I ordered it!! New door with higher tracks and a door opener! Oh and by the way as he was leaving I had him to check our main double car garage door. After inspecting it, Jerry showed me some serious safety flaws and recommended changing it out with new door and the door opener! I give Jerry 5 stars plus 1!!

Response from Sandy Business Owner

WOW! Thank you for the 5 stars, PLUS 1 for Jerry. Precision Door appreciates your business and feedback. We're happy to hear Jerry took good care of you and your main double garage door is safe now. It is our pleasure to serve you.
