We came home one day and our garage door wouldn't open. One of the cables had broken. I Googled "Garage door repair in Chattanooga" and Precision was the first on the list. After seeing the professionalism of the website, and reading reviews, I called them. They had a tech at my house THAT EVENING. The tech, Ben, explained what had happened and had our door fixed within about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision!

Chuck... my experience has not been good. As an example, the salesman said the door colors were standard and would match... they did not match, so I would not let the installer continue. The salesman also sold me a lot of stuff I did not need. I emphasized to the salesman that the doors were next to each other and had to be the same color. I would give you an F (1 star) except for the fact that the installer is working with us to fix the problems. I did not let him install the new door... I want this worked out first. The installer was exceptional and honest.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained everything that was needed and quoted the price for repairs. I think that price was reasonable. I contacted Precision for a garage door repair. When I called there was no mention of a $65 service charge. When the technician informed us of this my husband called the call center and was put on hold for 15 minutes before a woman she back on and rudely told him that they do not routinely disclose their is a service fee but if we had asked then we would have been told. Needless to say, we paid the technician his $65 and will never do any business with Precision. Highly do not recommend.

Harold and I have used Precision Doors twice for garage door repairs. We feel that the service is always outstanding. The technicians were fair, honest, and willing to go beyond what is expected. The technicians who serviced our doors were very knowledge and eager to fix the problem as well as help us figure out other problems that might be going on with our garage doors. Joe was my technician and he was great. He was professional and conscientious. My door was really jacked up and Joe had it ready to go in no time. The rollers that they use really are better than what my door came with and you could really tell the difference with how easily the door opened by hand. It took little effort. One great thing about these guys is they are the only company that works on Saturday in Chattanooga. Huge plus! Very impressed with them based on my experience! I purchased new rollers, springs, cables and weather stripping in addition to the repair.
