Chuck... my experience has not been good. As an example, the salesman said the door colors were standard and would match... they did not match, so I would not let the installer continue. The salesman also sold me a lot of stuff I did not need. I emphasized to the salesman that the doors were next to each other and had to be the same color. I would give you an F (1 star) except for the fact that the installer is working with us to fix the problems. I did not let him install the new door... I want this worked out first. The installer was exceptional and honest.

Our garage door broke late on a cold Friday afternoon but you were here within 2 hours of a phone call and the door was soon repaired. I appreciated the info on the repairman that came.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained everything that was needed and quoted the price for repairs. I think that price was reasonable. The technician was very knowledgeable and made repairs very quickly and without incident. I was very pleased with the service provided. Thank You, Jerry and Precision for a job well done.

I contacted Precision for a garage door repair. When I called there was no mention of a $65 service charge. When the technician informed us of this my husband called the call center and was put on hold for 15 minutes before a woman she back on and rudely told him that they do not routinely disclose their is a service fee but if we had asked then we would have been told. Needless to say, we paid the technician his $65 and will never do any business with Precision. Highly do not recommend.

Harold and I have used Precision Doors twice for garage door repairs. We feel that the service is always outstanding. The technicians were fair, honest, and willing to go beyond what is expected. The technicians who serviced our doors were very knowledge and eager to fix the problem as well as help us figure out other problems that might be going on with our garage doors. Precision is definitely FIVR STAR. They are the best.

Servicemen were very prompt and did an excellent job installing the new doors. They cleaned up after themselves, no mess at all. Explained in detail the operation of the doors.

Excellent service in very cold weather. My 10 year old garage door is running like new. Ben, the technician on the job, was outstanding. It is refreshing to have a service person be on time with the parts and knowledge to perform a repair. Many thanks.

The technicians arrived on the coldest day of the year to install our new garage doors. They did a fantastic job, went right to work and completed the job just as they had said it would be done. They were on time, courteous, and respectful. I could not have asked for more.

Jerry worked on one of my garage doors about a year ago and I was very pleased with his service. When I had a problem with my other garage door, I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. Although the cost for the repair this time was higher than anticipated, I decided to do everything necessary to assure the door was operating smoothly.

Joe was my technician and he was great. He was professional and conscientious. My door was really jacked up and Joe had it ready to go in no time. The rollers that they use really are better than what my door came with and you could really tell the difference with how easily the door opened by hand. It took little effort. One great thing about these guys is they are the only company that works on Saturday in Chattanooga. Huge plus! Very impressed with them based on my experience! I purchased new rollers, springs, cables and weather stripping in addition to the repair.

The serviceman who came was very knowledgeable and professional. We felt very secure in his facts and figures and he quickly and efficiently installed drivers on our built-in garage door opener keys in the car. We are awaiting the receipt for the $1828 check.

We had previously used a garage door repair person, but I had been trying to get him to come fix our door for weeks, and he just didn't answer his messages or come when he said he would. I finally gave up and looked online, saw Precision, and called. To my astonishment a tech came out the same afternoon and fixed our door! No more waiting weeks for unreturned calls!

I love being able to look on my garage door sticker and get your number! I also love that I called and had a technician here in 2 hours! Jerry is so polite and I feel very comfortable working with him. He knew exactly what the problem was and it was fixed quickly. He also told me what to look for next time it does this. Thankfully it wasn't a bad problem this time! Love your company!

When I called into Precision the first time, the gentleman on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful. When Joe came to my home, he was also very courteous and worked swiftly on securing my damaged garage door. He reviewed my options and was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I was able to pick a new garage door within my budget. There was no pressure just assistance on his part which was clearly appreciated by me!
