Jerry worked on one of my garage doors about a year ago and I was very pleased with his service. When I had a problem with my other garage door, I didn't hesitate to call Precision again. Joe was my technician and he was great. He was professional and conscientious. My door was really jacked up and Joe had it ready to go in no time. The rollers that they use really are better than what my door came with and you could really tell the difference with how easily the door opened by hand. It took little effort. One great thing about these guys is they are the only company that works on Saturday in Chattanooga. Huge plus! Very impressed with them based on my experience! I purchased new rollers, springs, cables and weather stripping in addition to the repair.

While replacing the spring, he inspected the entire door operation and spotted 2 installation problems that have existed for 12 years. He also fixed these problems for no charge. I first called Precision Doors for weekend service when the 18 foot garage door installed by their competitor, Access Doors, was threatening to fall off the rails and damage our vehicles. Joe came out then and found that the springs weren't tightened correctly at installation and had us fixed and safe quickly. Access Doors later reimbursed us for their mistake. Today, Jerry came out to fix two broken hinges, add a support strut, and change the rollers. You could easily see the difference in the products offered by both companies. Precision used a heavier gauge steel hinge and strut and their rollers appear to be much better than those offered by Access. We will continue to call Precision Doors as the rest of the cheaper products used by Access Doors begin to fail. I said competitor earlier, and that was perhaps a poor choice of words. There should be no competition. CALL PRECISION DOORS FOR ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS! Both Joe and Jerry were on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and did exactly what they said they would do at a reasonable price.

Joe, my technician, called to tell me that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he asked questions about my garage door problems and listened to me as I told him what was happening. He then spent about a half an hour inspecting and testing various components. He then called me out to the garage to explain what he had found that was wrong. He gave me three different options to repair the door mechanisms. He was thorough and efficient in his work. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about his work!

I had Joe and he was excellent and was very thorough for the simplicity of what needed to be done. The initial problem was my garage remote wouldn't work and had tried multiple remotes which didn't work. He also checked the door and rollers and even showed me a couple of things with the garage that I didn't know about.
