The reviews I read beforehand were very positive about working w/ Precision Garage Door and I had the same positive experience when I had them out to fix my door (spring, rollers, electric eye, new opener). It took Joe above 5 hrs. to do all the work, leaving after 9 p.m. I needed to have him come back to make a minor adjustment as 1/2 in. gap between door and opening and that was done quickly and to my satisfaction. In addition, when I contacted them initially by email, I got 3 people who returned my call right away. To me that showed they were very prompt and responsive. I'd definitely recommend them.

What first appealed to me about Precision was their truck's advertisement that a repair of my current unit was a possibility; not just replacing it. I called that morning, they came out by 11:45 and the unit was repaired within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a simple rpm sensor. Jerry was very professional, courteous, and technically adept to ours and other models of the like. He answered all questions effectively and completed all requests completely. We will certainly use Precision Door again and recommend them to our friends.

Needed a new garage door opener. Was referred by home warranty company, but was very thrilled with the excellent customer service and skill of the technician. Joe was fantastic, and made sure to replace our opener with the very best! He was even willing to come out and install on a late Friday evening so that we wouldn't have to go through the weekend without a functioning opener! I give Joe and Precision an A+!

The installation was fast. We did however, have to wait a week longer than we were supposed to for the seal on top of the larger garage door. Also, I am sure I told Jerry to keep the keyless entry to the large door. We had only had it for about 6 mo. and my husband paid 100.00 for it. He was disappointed when we could not find it. We do love the quietness of the new openers.

Below is the honest review I have typed up for yelp, Angie's List, google review, etc. Professional but be prepared for sticker shock!! "My first impression of the company is that they are very professional. They showed up at the appointed time, the technician even phoned prior to showing up. They emailed a picture of the technician prior to arrival. They lived up to their same day service. However, be prepared to spend a LOT of money. The technician was not allowed to fix my door (company policy regarding releasing the tension on the springs) but had to either replace several very expensive parts or I had to buy a new door, which would not be installed for about a week. My other option was to have a broken garage door and have paid $65 for a useless quote. So, $598 and less than 2 hours later my 12 year old door was operating the way it did earlier that same day. Granted I had new rollers, springs, etc. But $598??? The technician was courteous and efficient as he quickly replaced all the parts. Could my door just have been repaired without spending the money on the parts? YES. I think the company has a professional appearance but you might not have many choices other than throwing expensive parts at the situation. If you need repair call someone that repairs, if you want same day service and to rebuild your door with expensive parts, call them." Regards, Spencer Morgan

We pride ourselves with same day service, nights and/or weekends, the highest quality parts, honest and trustworthy employees, and the best warranties in the industry. In return our fees are a little higher then some of our competitor prices for similar "non-installed" internet parts. I noticed we were at your home within 1.5 hours of you calling when your door is hanging dangerously with only a few rollers and the motor holding it up in your garage. Within 3 hours we had your door up and running better then it ever has with a 5 year warranty. We put safety first so when our technicians are in a dangerous situation replacing damaged parts my be required. We appreciate your business and we are sorry that you were not completely satisfied.
