Scott came out and saved my whole life. I booked online right before 4:00pm, was told someone would be out before 6:00 the same day. Scott was at my house and working through my garage door issues within 30 minutes. He was so professional, so nice, and so thorough. Everything was done right then, and I had 2 fully (properly) functioning garage doors before the sun set that same day. And he was nice to my dog.

Technician came out on time mostly, just slightly late but I live out in the country so I understood how that could happen. Garage door opener functioned but the remote feature had quit working. Technician did not even look at my current opener to diagnose the problem and only suggested a complete replacement. I was only given one option. An Aladdin opener (that I found for $200-$230 online if I were to buy it) and total cost would be $900 installed! That is an extreme rip off. I bought a Chamberlain opener for $179.00, installed it myself even though I have never done anything like that before, and it took me about two hours. Saved over $700.00. I have used this company in the past and felt they were honest and fair, but this time I did not get that feeling at all.

Luckily there was a cancellation which allowed the technician to come before my scheduled appointment. I asked my neighbor across the street who did his door, and he said "Precision Door." Scott came out the same day I called for service. Not only did I get a call from the office about arrival time, but Scott called as well, and he arrived on time. After looking the problem over, Scott explained the problem, gave me an estimated time for the repair and the estimated charges. During the repair, Scott explained why he could make the door workable for a few years (hopefully). Explaining a COMPLETE fix, estimated time, and estimated cost, he proceeded with the repair. Upon completion, Scott demonstrated the completed repair and I was more than happy. Scott was a professional from start to finish. Precision - you have an amazing technician.

Garage door opener broke at about 10 pm. on Sat. night. Unable to get car out. Found that Precision had 24/7 answering service (with a real person). Made appointment for next am (Sunday).Repairman (Tony Parson)was on time and did an excellant job which included replacing the tube rail and the straps supporting the motor making it much steadier. My rating: 10 of 10.

Jean-Paul Collins (JP) was amazing, he did a thorough inspection of our garage door and determined why the springs failed and fixed it all for a great price and super fast. Hopefully we don't need to but if we ever have problems with garage door again we will be using Precision Door for sure!
