After 17 years, I had 1 of 3 garage doors that was giving trouble. After I called for service they showed up in about an hour and a half. Upon inspection of the troublesome door, I ask him to inspect the other 2. Yes, the other 2 doors were about to cause problems also. So instead of 1 door I had all 3 doors repaired. They were very knowledgeable in the job and even the trainee got some real good hands on work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for new installations and for any garage door repairs. The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision the next day after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. They could have sent someone out the day I called, I set up a time for a different day. Anthony was at my house by 9am. He reviewed the problem with me and the cost to fix it. He got to work. The technician (Richie) troubleshooted the problem after we explained the problem we were experiencing with our door. He changed out the sensors which resolved the issues. He also took the time to lub the rollers & springs. Job well done.

We had new springs and rollers installed one week ago (on a less than three year old garage door) because of terrible noises upon opening and closing. Now we have a whole new set of noises. Scheduling another service call to see of the issue can be resolved...will keep you posted.

Precision door head someone here to replace the torsion springs on my door within a couple of hours. The man who worked on the door was very nice man.
