Excellent and quick service... I called around noon on 5/10/2023 and received call from technician, Anthony Storino. He was at my home in about an hour... explained parts I needed and completed installation that same day. Needed new opener and spring. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

Precision Door Service surprisingly came same day I called and knew exactly the problem and door was fixed within 30 minutes and really fixed. I call Pecision because I had used you before at another property. Your worker was very polite and went over what my problem was. He went in detain about he did to do to get it working again. I was surprised in the increase in price since I used you before. He did explain that I would receive a 5yr. Wanty I have not receibed that warnty.

I am so appreciative of my technician that fixed my garage door. He came the same day I called. He was very courteous and explained everything to me. At first he thought it might be the motor but kept looking and found that the wiring was chewed on by a harry varmit. He fixed that but it still did not work. Then he found that the wiring was backwards and when he fixed that the door worked perfectly. I am so glad that he took the time to figure out what was wrong.
