Saturday morning holiday weekend the spring on the door failed. I made the call to Precision around 11 am, by 3:30 they were at my house and the repairs were completed by around 5pm. The technician Ben was knowledgeable, polite, and focused on providing the information I needed to make repair decisions. In todays world of no customer service and scheduling appointments 3 weeks out this was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all.

The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision the next day after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. They could have sent someone out the day I called, I set up a time for a different day. Anthony was at my house by 9am. He reviewed the problem with me and the cost to fix it. He got to work. Within 30 minutes my door was back working better then it had before. Thanks Anthony and Precision.

He replaced our torsion spring with the correct size spring, identified the fact that the original installers didn't do it correctly, made it right, and all in a timely fashion. When I arrived home from work Friday evening I realized the main spring on my garage door had broken. Not the best way to end the week and felt it would be at least a week to get it repaired. Saturday morning I saw a commercial for Precision Door and called at 9:00am. By 9:30 Tyson was at my home and he made all the required repairs by 10:30. Tyson was very courteous and efficient and explained the issues and my options. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any Garage Door needs.

The technician (Richie) troubleshooted the problem after we explained the problem we were experiencing with our door. He changed out the sensors which resolved the issues. He also took the time to lub the rollers & springs. Job well done.
