Our garage door opener was undersized for the width and weight of the door (blame for this goes to the builder for trying to save a few bucks), thus causing it to creak and grind loudly. Additionally, the springs were undersized, which created a safety hazard, as the door could have slammed shut if the springs had broken. Precision Doors came out and replaced the springs and opener, and serviced the existing parts of the door that could be saved. Their personnel were very professional and efficient, and we feel so much safer having a properly sized opener system in our garage.
