This is the 2nd time I have used Precision. I called late in the afternoon on Wednesday because my garage door opener stopped working and got an appt. for the next morning. I requested Ben since I had such a great experience with him last time. He showed up when he said he was going to and brought a trainee with him named Caleb. Both were extremely professional, clean-cut, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. Do yourself a favor.. if you need anything garage door, motor, etc... related, call this company! They completed all the work within a couple of hours to include 2 new garage door openers, new springs and rollers on one of the garage doors and installed a pad outside my garage so I can get in that way too! YAY! The new openers are whisper quiet too.. #BONUS Thanks guys!!!

Joe was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He identified the problem with our garage door, gave us his honest recommendation on how to repair it, and worked efficiently to get us back in working order. House is only 2 years old, so called Precision for an inspection and preventative maintenance. The service tech., Robert, showed up earlier that originally scheduled, called first, and was very courteous & professional. Suggested that the plastic rollers be replaced with more dependable parts that should prevent any future potential problems. This is the second time I have used this company, first time was to install garage door windows, and very satisfied with their products and service. Highly recommended!

Received excellent service from Robert and a new trainee, Nick... received a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time... They were able to replace the broken keyless entry which was the reason for the service call. The door was checked out and I was advised of another worn part, which they had with them and was able to replace it... Great service and very professional.... Thank you !!

In April 2018 a spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision and a service tech was here the next morning. He replace both springs, cables, pulleys and carriage wheels. Very professional and thorough. This was not cheap but our door had all original parts and was 20 years old. This week the door began to fail to go all the way up. I called Precision again and they arrived as scheduled and made a quick adjustment to one spring. This repair fell under the one year warranty so there was no charge. I am very pleased with this companies response and the professional techs.

I called to get my garage door repaired at 8 :15, and by 9:15, Robert had called me to let me know he was on the is way. By 11:00, he had completely finished the total rebuild of the springs and Cabling system. Great job. This is the second property that Precision has repaired for me. Each time they met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
