I found out that I had more issues than a broken torsion spring and why my old spring lasted only 4+ years. Jerry was very knowledge and explained everything in laymen terms. I ended up replacing more than just the spring but my 20 year old door is now practically brand new and will not have to worry about future repairs for a long time. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the work done by Precision...Thanks!

Connor was our technician. He was on time and professional. He worked efficiently and more importantly he was personable. He was very comfortable talking sports with an old man. He did a fantastic job installing my new opener and rollers. I would not hesitate to call Precision and Connor again.

A wonderful company that cares about service. They were courteous, on time and very thoughtful. I especially liked the phone and text confirmation along with the employees name and picture, who by the way was very knowledgeable and professional.
