Regional reputation was reason for initial contact. Appointment was easy to make. Service tech was courteous and professional. Repairs were done in a reasonable time and all is now functioning properly.

We had an issue with our garage door not wanting to open this morning. We had Precision come out this afternoon and after about 5 minutes of looking and saying he doesn't know anything about our specific brand (7 yr old house) and verifying the spring was fine, he then recommended an entirely new door and opener!!! It was discovered the outlet went bad, although the other outlets in the garage were fine with nothing tripped in the breaker. After paying $50 for this "service" my husband and I discovered it was simply a tripped GFI that our ceiling outlet was tied into. We will be looking into other companies in the future should the need arise.
