I have found the Precision service employees are excellent. I had Brandon work on my old garage door opener and he was just great. Today Nick can out to replace my old garage door opener and he was in and out in about an hour and was a great person to do service for you. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs

The call to Precision was a "false alarm" on my part. Even though Precision responded by sending a repair tech and mobile unit, I was not charged for their trip. I had used Precision several times and they were always responsive and effective, I was not evEn charged for their trip this time. A GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS !!!

The technician did not plug the motor into a different outlet to test the unit and said he had no way to test it. I had a new unit put in and it was not the problem as it was the electricity shorted out the outlet. I paid $533 for a new unit that I didn’t need!!!

I saw your commercial on tv and needed one of the garage doors fixed. I called the office at 9 this morning and Alex was at the home at 11:45. Alex was professional and courteous. Thankfully he was able to fix the door quickly. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Joe was fantastic! Although the repair ended up costing me about three times what I was hoping, Joe’s explanation of why and how parts should be replaced made complete sense to me. Yes it helped that I have a handle on how things work (I did handyman work and ran my own landscaping company for decades), but Joe knows his stuff! His work was clean and timely. Quite the professional and a very friendly man!

Very impressed with precision doors, i called at 2:30 with broke garage door spring & wore out bearings. The very professional young man called me at 3:30 letting me know he was on his way & by 4:30 my garage door was fixed, thats just 2hrs!! Awesome service!!! Thank you very much !! I am very happy with my choice when i trusted Precision door company to repair my garage door and install a new belt driven garage door opener. They were professional,courteous and efficient . Now my garage door is quiet and smooth. I had a small problem when it turned bitter cold outside and i called Precision and they sent a tech right on out to make a small adjustment, that showed me they stand behind their work, something that is hard to find anymore,,,

After 25 years of service, our garage door spring failed - on a Saturday around 1 in the afternoon. My wife chose Precision because as a Real Estate Broker she had experience with getting garage doors repaired and replaced for her buyers and sellers. Joe showed up around 3 and the door was operating again by 5 - plus we ordered a new door from him to be installed later this month. He gave us outstanding service and was a pleasure to work with.

Our door was broken on 1 side Joe and his helper came out they redone our doors we couldn't just wait on ordering new ones and put new springs rollers etc.back in may of this year the tension was off again on left side so he came back out for us and adjusted it thank you Joe and precision for your help.

Nick answered our call for service of a "loud" garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained in detail the needed repairs. He provided us with a detailed cost estimate and offered several repair options. Nick was very pleasant, courteous and patient at all times and we anticipate seeing him again when we will be ready for the actual repairs.

Our new insulated steel doors and openers have added a lot of value and aesthetics to our home. Our home was older and parts were no longer available to fix one of the doors. The garage structure required additional framing and was a definite challenge. The technicians that worked on our installation went above and beyond to insure a quality job. I would use Precision Doors again without hesitation.
