Service person said 1-3 to fix my door problem Service person shows up at noon. I was not at home. Called wife to hurry home.. Not happy about that and one more. $69 for a service call. Understand and then add an additional $25 for some other charge not related to me and the so called service charge. Not happy about this either.

Convincing the tech to clear the motor code is annoying, chain flapping down it’s obvious there’s a problem. Saying I don’t know to me, come on man. This is your bread and butter. Door opens a few inches less I guess it’s fixed? Chain flaps less, code doesn’t come back Asked him if he could fix the dog chewed wiring to the IR’s it didn’t get done either.

In 2014 we had to have the door controller replaced, I did not know who to call and found Precision Door in Chattanooga, TN The company reps from the time the phone was answered until the tech left were fantastic to deal with. The tech advised us on his findings and what was needed. We went with a belt driver controller and replaced the rollers with the newest on the market. The door can hardly be heard now when raising and closing it. We have never swayed away to another company and always call Precision. After 17 years, I had 1 of 3 garage doors that was giving trouble. After I called for service they showed up in about an hour and a half. Upon inspection of the troublesome door, I ask him to inspect the other 2. Yes, the other 2 doors were about to cause problems also. So instead of 1 door I had all 3 doors repaired.
