I was very impressed with the service I received to repair my garage door. The technician, Joe T, looked over every aspect of the door and explained what was broken as well as what was showing wear. He didn't just explain; he showed me the actual problems. He gave me several options on what could be done, and when I chose what I wanted he carried out the work right then and there. I would certainly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again.

Service tech was on time, very professional, completed work quickly. He also gave me options to consider, just the spring or a "re-build" of the working parts. I went with the re-build, while twice the cost of just replacing the spring, this will reduce the chances of having another service visit. My door is 14 years old and should now last another 15 years. He also recommended using silicon spurs to lube the working parts every 4 months. If you think about the work done, suggestions, in effect means he will not need to come back, except when one of my other two doors has an issue. When that happens I will call Precision again for repair! High marks for the tech!

Had an opener that needed to be replaced. Precision had replaced a broken spring many months earlier for me, and was very professional & proficient in their work. We found your company in the Chattanooga Yellow Pages. Joe Thomason persuaded us to upgrade the garage door opener mechanism, when he came to repair our slow, cranky door. He installed a second cable and reel, plus a second spring (one each side), a keypad outside, and new remotes. The door itself is still the same one installed when the house was built.

Ben did a fantastic job making us feel important as one of Precision's customers. They were at our house within 30 minutes of our call. Outstanding! For customer service, promptness, knowledge and politeness of Ben, the outstanding Tech, I give 5 stars. BUT for having no warranty on the preformed work/parts UNLESS you purchase a "limited lifetime warranty" for almost the same cost as the repair is a ZERO and bordering on a scam. Would I use them again? Most likely yes, but I would also shop around first.

Jerry is prompt and professional. He replaced a set of bad safety eyes. Before he left the new set malfunctioned so he wired in another set. This pair is working good. Just hope this problem with sensors isn't a common one as there is no warranty with them.

My problem was so extensive that I decided to purchase a new door. I had been considering this for some time and decided this was the time to replace my huge, ancient, heavy wood door. I was pleased with the work Jerry did installing new rollers on my garage door. New rollers were installed on the other door in January. In January you installed two openers but neither one opened the door all the way. Much to my delight, Jerry fixed one but didn't have time to fix the other one. He said that he or someone will come back to fix the other door so that it would open all the way. I hope so.

Jerry called before he arrived. He was on time & very friendly.He said that the door needed overhauled. He installed a new opener to replace the defective one & overhauled the door with the new type springs & nylon rollers, now the door is very quiet. This is a 18' wood door & very heavy. Can now be raised with one hand if need be. I would do business with Precision again.
