our technician was Joe and we give him 20 stars.... Cloan him and your company will continue to be the BEST IN THE AREA. Joe gave us 3 options, and explained them thoroughly and answered all of our questions. we replaced the rollers and the overhead garage door with a 1/2 HP to replace the 1/3 HP that was in place and that resolved our problems. Joe was a delight to meet and work with. we will highly recommend your company to anyone needing your service. this is our second experience with your company and both were excellent experiences.

I was very impressed with the service I received to repair my garage door. The technician, Joe T, looked over every aspect of the door and explained what was broken as well as what was showing wear. He didn't just explain; he showed me the actual problems. He gave me several options on what could be done, and when I chose what I wanted he carried out the work right then and there. I would certainly recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again.

We found your company in the Chattanooga Yellow Pages. Joe Thomason persuaded us to upgrade the garage door opener mechanism, when he came to repair our slow, cranky door. He installed a second cable and reel, plus a second spring (one each side), a keypad outside, and new remotes. The door itself is still the same one installed when the house was built.

Joe was my technician and he was great. He was professional and conscientious. My door was really jacked up and Joe had it ready to go in no time. The rollers that they use really are better than what my door came with and you could really tell the difference with how easily the door opened by hand. It took little effort. One great thing about these guys is they are the only company that works on Saturday in Chattanooga. Huge plus! Very impressed with them based on my experience! I purchased new rollers, springs, cables and weather stripping in addition to the repair.

I was very impressed by your service. I called around 9:30 and your technician was here by 12:30. He was very professional and courteous. While replacing the spring, he inspected the entire door operation and spotted 2 installation problems that have existed for 12 years. He also fixed these problems for no charge. Joe, my technician, called to tell me that he would be at my house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, he asked questions about my garage door problems and listened to me as I told him what was happening. He then spent about a half an hour inspecting and testing various components. He then called me out to the garage to explain what he had found that was wrong. He gave me three different options to repair the door mechanisms. He was thorough and efficient in his work. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about his work!

I had Joe and he was excellent and was very thorough for the simplicity of what needed to be done. The initial problem was my garage remote wouldn't work and had tried multiple remotes which didn't work. He also checked the door and rollers and even showed me a couple of things with the garage that I didn't know about.

Excellent service. Joe was outstanding. He explained clearly what needed to be done, and showed me how it would keep my problems from continuing with the door and opener. He was absolutely correct. So glad he was the person who came to my home. The complete overhaul was needed. He understood my home warranty, what they covered and what I would pay for. He was correct even on that. The new track, rollers, seal, springs and other parts made a huge difference. My door is very quiet and smooth as silk. Wow! What a difference!

Our garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving night. I called around 10:45 A.M. on Friday and was informed that someone would arrive between 3:00-5:00. I received a call from Joe, a technician, and was told he would be here at 4:00 and he was. Joe was very friendly and knowledgable. He completed the job and took care of our broken spring problem.

I give Precision Door a 5 Star Rating. Joe arrived on time on Saturday morning. He was cheerful and after examining the door mechanism explained the problems - broken spring, frayed cable, worn pulleys, worn roller bearings and poorly supported pully brackets. The door was heavy (single door / 2 car garage) and when he was not pleased with the balance using the same size original springs he had installed, he installed two heavier springs. He also adjusted the safety light showing me how to adjust it in the future if the door again would not close when activated by the remote.
