Our garage door wouldn't open at all, so our cars were trapped inside. We tried calling a couple of other places, but no one was available. About an hour after we called Precision, Tony came to our rescue. He was able to fix our garage door within a few hours, and we were very happy with his professionalism and his great service. I had a minor problem with my garage door causing me to be unable to use it. Your weekend phone service promised a Monday morning appointment time. Your technician, Tyson, arrived early on Monday and quickly repaired the problem. He inspected the whole door and suggested a replacement of the torque spring. The house is 17 years old and the spring is probably that age also so I had him to replace it. I was extremely pleased with your response time and with the service Tyson performed. He is an excellent representative of your company. When and if I need garage door service again I will certainly call Precision and request Tyson as the technician.

Called and got an appointment for same day service. Graham called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, Graham inspected the door and noticed faulty rollers in addition to the broken spring. Graham quickly replaced all parts and ensured everything was working properly (all while answering my numerous questions). A+ and 5 stars for the service Graham provided. Will definitely utilize Precision in the future if needed.

I called Precision Door Service around 4PM Thursday afternoon to request repair service. The garage door spring broke and the door would not open. Precision’s technician arrived around 5:30PM. He was very friendly and helpful. He did a complete overhaul and replaced the door springs, rollers and other parts in a couple of hours and our door was working again. The door now works better than it ever did. The rapid response and friendly service was greatly appreciated. Another door company I called said it would be a couple of weeks before they could even look at my door. We greatly appreciate the rapid response and excellent service. I have no doubt on who to call the next time I have a garage door problem. Thanks again for the rapid response and excellent service.

I called late morning time and was advised someone would be at my house between three and five o'clock. Just before three Graham (spelling?) told me he was on his way and would be arriving in about twenty five minutes. He arrived and finished the job around five o'clock and checked it. Graham was hardworking and a pleasure to talk with while he worked. He presented both knowledgeable and professional in explaining and doing the job. It was even more enjoyable to run into someone who knew people I knew from my past and could tell me about them today. The door was even quieter than it ever has been and I thank him for the suggestions to make other fixes as well. Highly recommend using this company.
