Came home from the Post Office and my garage door isn't working! Called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes Tony was at my door. Another hour and my problem was solved. And he replaced the spring, checked out the door to make sure all was in tip top shape. I've had things repaired before, but I have never had such stellar service from anyone! Call them. You will not be disappointed!

I spoke with Sierra to make an appt, she was had a tech call and was at my house within the hour! I was fully expecting to need to wait a week. Tony arrived, went over my options. He got the job done in a few hours (cable had snapped). He even showed me how to do maintenance. He is great to work with!

After reading the reviews, there was some comments that impressed me. I was impressed with how Tony evaluated the problem with the door and quickly began to adjust until it was operating smoothly. He had a good personality and a good working ethic. No bad attitude nor rush to patch it and go as others did in the past from another company. He knew what he was doing and did it well. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing a door or just an adjustment. Very professional company. Fast service also. He was there within an hour of calling in.

Very pleased with the service I received and I would definitely use Precision again. My garage door wouldn't open this morning (something was wrong with the power supply to the motor) and when I called Precision they sent a tech within an hour. Tony was wonderful, friendly, great attitude and very knowledgeable. I ended up replacing the motor on my door (it was my choice because it was a bit old and also missing the photo sensors, remote controls back up battery etc. and I didn't want to deal with any more technical issues in the future) but I never felt like the tech tried to push any sale on me. I was even thinking that I need a new door but he told me the door itself was fine and I don't need to worry about it. He replaced the motor within an hour, very thoroughly explained everything to me and what to do in case the door ever gets stuck again and answered all my questions. As a single woman and new to home ownership (I have lived in an apartment my whole life) I have been very overwhelmed and intimidated with all the house maintenance work and I greatly appreciate the education I get when the techs explain everything with great patience. I also appreciate that they are open beyond the standard 9-5 business hours.
