Called for a broken door, they was pleasant on the phone, had a tech here within 2 hours. Very friendly guy went straight to the task. Found the old door has other problems. Quick with the repairs, adjustments done. Done within 90mins. Very happy, will use them again.

Our garage door wouldn't open at all, so our cars were trapped inside. We tried calling a couple of other places, but no one was available. About an hour after we called Precision, Tony came to our rescue. He was able to fix our garage door within a few hours, and we were very happy with his professionalism and his great service. I called Precision Door Service around 4PM Thursday afternoon to request repair service. The garage door spring broke and the door would not open. Precision’s technician arrived around 5:30PM. He was very friendly and helpful. He did a complete overhaul and replaced the door springs, rollers and other parts in a couple of hours and our door was working again. The door now works better than it ever did. The rapid response and friendly service was greatly appreciated. Another door company I called said it would be a couple of weeks before they could even look at my door. We greatly appreciate the rapid response and excellent service. I have no doubt on who to call the next time I have a garage door problem. Thanks again for the rapid response and excellent service.

Our garage door opener was undersized for the width and weight of the door (blame for this goes to the builder for trying to save a few bucks), thus causing it to creak and grind loudly. Additionally, the springs were undersized, which created a safety hazard, as the door could have slammed shut if the springs had broken. Precision Doors came out and replaced the springs and opener, and serviced the existing parts of the door that could be saved. Their personnel were very professional and efficient, and we feel so much safer having a properly sized opener system in our garage. If you are in need of a garage door installation or repair, I highly recommend that you call Precision Door.

Precision Door Service is great to get right out and on the job! I had used Northgate Doors for years and years. I can't get them to come out anymore! It's always at least a week and maybe two. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door repairs. I had a torsion spring break on my garage door, called Precision around 5:00 PM on a Friday and they had a technician at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Tony the technician explained to me there were way more issues than just a broken spring on the 50 year old wooden garage door. He replaced all the worn out parts and the door works great now!
