Assist spring broke on our garage door and our regular guy said he couldn’t make it for a week, this company came the same day we called and traveled 60 miles to get to us. Great job, the door is better than before and fixed in one day. Both guys were very knowledgeable and polite, found a new garage door company for us.

Our door broke on a Sunday. It was stuck shut. I was relieved that Precision was able to do same day repair. The lady I spoke with to schedule was polite. Our technician Anthony reached out via text to provide us with his estimated arrival time. I also appreciated the email received with photos of the technician for identification. Anthony exceeded my expectations. He was kind, respectful, informative, and worked efficiently. He explained our issue and made recommendation for repairs. He had the parts with him and had the door repaired in about an hour. He even showed us how to maintain the repairs and explained the warranty on the parts (rollers, springs, etc). The only reason I gave 4/5 was cost.

I have used Precision Door for 30 years. Precision is very dependable and quick to get a service tech on-site to fix my garage door. Their trucks have all the parts to fix my door. My springs broke and the door opener was over 15 yrs old. On Sunday they replaced my springs and replaced my door opener with a Genie opener. Tony came in and got to work. Answered all my questions and provided the cost upfront. Tony had serviced my prior residence. Took around 2 hrs and did not stop. Tony cleaned up floor. He explained the new opener and features. Tony instructed me how to reprogram my car button to open the door. Tony did a great job!

I chose Precision because of same day service . I didn't want to wait a week or two to get the job done. He showed up within an hour and a half of me calling and done a good job and was finished in about an hour or so. It was a bit too pricey though.

We had a spring break on our door. I called for an appointment and they showed up 1 hr later. Not only did we have a broken spring but other problems were uncovered. Repairs were done immediately and we were operable again. Fantastic service.

I originally chose Precision because they had technicians available on a Saturday when I was in a pinch. After calling around I also found they had the most reasonable service call fee (which ended up getting waived with the work they performed). When Tim and Tony arrived they immediately began evaluating the situation and explained exactly what my options were and the price for repair, ranging from just making the door functional again to a new garage door. They provided a suggestion for what they considered the best option was (which wasn’t the most expensive). Upon agreeing they went right to work and completely upgraded our existing door making it function like a brand new door (honestly probably better than a new door). I would recommend to anyone!

Our garage door wouldn't open at all, so our cars were trapped inside. We tried calling a couple of other places, but no one was available. About an hour after we called Precision, Tony came to our rescue. He was able to fix our garage door within a few hours, and we were very happy with his professionalism and his great service. We will use Precision Door Service from now on.
