Talk about excellent service!! My garage door was not closing correctly. I called Precision and they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. Lucky me!! Trent was friendly, professional and delivered the wonderful news that I needed a new opener. He had one on his truck and got to work. Afterwards, he walked me through on the opener, pointed out what he did, and even programmed my vehicles for the new opener. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Every expectation I could have was exceeded.

I made a service call this morning when I found out that one of the torsion springs on my garage door had broken. That was at 9:00 and they sent out Trent to fix the problem. They gave me a two hour window between 10:00 and 12:00. Trent arrived at 10:30 and went straight to work on the problem and in an hour an a half he had replaced both torsion springs and the torsion cables. I was very happy with the service and will recommend them to my friends.

The guy was great, he called me to let me know he was on his way, he looked over everything to see what I needed. He didn’t try to force anyone on me. So I had to get a new spring and cable. He installed it and came and got me and showed me that everything is working great now, so for now on I will be using Precision for now on. Thank you for the service.

We normally used another garage door company but the problem occurred on a Saturday anf they didn't work on Saturday. I called Precision and they came out that day. We had to have a strut put on the door and added new rollers as these were 20 years old. Trent was excellent, very professional and courteous. I will use Precision Garage Door from now on. We requested our garage door system to be upgraded. The technician remedied the issues we were having but we still wanted the system upgraded so he did that for us. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable technician. We had one garage door done a couple of years ago and have been very happy with the workmanship. Now the other door is done.
