I think I had seen commercials on tv in the past, that's how I remembered the name. I had called a company in Ringgold last week but they were slow to respond so I called your company. The response was immediate and got it done the same day. The fellows that did the job were very good at what they do.

Excellent customer service from the time I placed a service called late afternoon tech arrived within 1 1/2 hours. Tech was very friendly and had all parts on his truck to fix our door. Will definitely use them again and would recommend giving them a call when you need service.

Excellent and quick service... I called around noon on 5/10/2023 and received call from technician, Anthony Storino. He was at my home in about an hour... explained parts I needed and completed installation that same day. Needed new opener and spring. Very professional and knowledgeable service.

The tech called ahead. Arrived soon. Got the work done quickly. Was very nice. But, he asked me some odd questions... He asked did I live alone in this big home. He asked did I have a gun. And he asked for a Coke before he left. I answered his questions & gave him a Coke, but I don't think those 3 questions were appropriate for a repairman to ask. Other than that, the service was great!! So thankful to have this repair done! The tech even helped me back my car out of the garage. He directed me. I had side swiped the door pulling in last night. Also broke the side mirror on my car. Was afraid to back out without help. Thank you Precision Door!

Anthony showed up on time and did an amazing job. My old opener was so noisy and I thought it was going to fly off the rails and land in the driveway. Anthony checked everything over and recommended a new opener. I wanted the Genie, he didn’t have one on his truck. He made a phone call, meet up with another installer and got the Genie I wanted. Installation was fast and then he answered all my questions and programed my car remote. Very pleasant person.

We had the nicest guy named Tyson fix our garage door. He was very friendly and Tyson was very friendly and went right to work on replacing a spring on our garage door. He was very professional explaining to my husband what was wrong and how he fixed it. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their door fixed. He was one of the nicest guys ever to work for us.

When Joe came into the neighborhood he knew he could not help me (because of our HOA's door choice), but rather than call he took the time to come to the house and tell me. I selected Precision because of the good customer service they provide. While I was disappointed with the answer, I was right to select Precision firat and will recommend them to anyone.

I called around noon to see if someone could come give an estimate on new garage doors and an opener. Ben was here by 1:00 and was finished with the whole process in about 15 minutes. He was very informative, answered my questions about our particular situation and offered suggestions I hadn’t considered. Our doors should be here in 2-4 weeks so I’m looking forward to their installation. Very prompt and courteous.

I just want to tell Precision Overhead Garage Door Service how much I appreciate the service that I received yesterday.I had actually just got on the interstate for a short trip when my 95 year old mother in law called me and said her garage door wouldn't open and she had her groceries in the trunk.I turned around and after inspecting the door one of the springs had broken.After calling a few companies Precision told me they could fix the door the same day(which they did).That was a big relief for me and my 95 year old mother in law because she still has to have a nice warm car in her garage so she can make her weekly hair appointment,buy her groceries, and take all the cakes,pies,pastries,and coffee to church every Sunday morning!The other companies that I called said they could probably get there within a day or two.I will never shop garage door service any more.I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repair or replacement of garage doors to give Precision a chance,I'm sure glad that I did!They are a family owned business that takes pride in their work and stands behind it with a 2 year warranty.Thanks again to Chuck Gatlin,Thomas,and my technician Tony Parson....great job!
